Skirk and Dahlia Particle Generation

* Skirk generates 4 particles with the first Charged Attack hit per Seven-Phase Flash.
* Dahlia generates 3 particles when an opponent makes his Mist-Rain Mystery explode.

Skirk Serpent's Subtlety Consumption

* During Seven-Phase Flash (E state), she consumes 1.4 Serpent's Subtlety every ~0.2s.
* Serpent's Subtlety is completely cleared at the end of Seven-Phase Flash.
* Surpent's Subtlety is NOT cleared at the end of her hold E.

Some nerd shit.

Because people asked: Yes, the Mistsplitter passive works with her. She always gets the stack for "Energy is less than 100%".

Heard that C0 Dahlia can only get 2N5 CA N5 N4, after some more testing - you can easily get 4 full chains.
If Dahlia doesn't have artifacts at all you still get around 17% of rotations with that.

In Spiral Abyss, if Skirk finishes the chamber before Seven-Phase Flash ends, she will carry the remaining Serpent's Subtlety to the next chamber.

Skirk Particle Generation Update

There have been some changes to Skirk's particle generation. She now generates particles under the following circumstances:
1) On Charged Attack hit during Seven-Phase Flash.
2) On hit of Havoc: Ruin.

Both of these share an ICD of 15s. The amount of particles generated is unchanged (four).

Correction: During Seven-Phase Flash, it now actually also procs on Normal Attacks, no longer only Charged Attacks.
