Plan x-ray show lower part of chest & abdomen, seen double bubble in stomach and duodenum

Management:
1_ decompression by NG tube
2_ iv fluid
3_ null by mouth
4_ sending for Surgical consultation

Right facial nerve palsy ..mouth deviated to left
Lower...if no wrinkles, absent nasolabial fold
Upper ...present wrinkles and nasolabial fold
