ماكو لانقطة ولامضلل كامل=normal

autosomal dominant:
اذا واحد من الزوجين affected ينطي افكتد ١٠٠% لكن مينطي Carrier

autosomal recessive:
اذا واحد من الزوجين affected ممكن ينطي Carrier وممكن ينطي affected
فبهاي الصورة Carrier male متزوج من normal female
ناطينه Carrier
من مزوجين male and female Carrier ناطينة affected

Examples of autosomal recessive:
sickle cell anemia
Cystic fibrosis
beta thalassemia

Only male affected
لان male عنده X وحده ياخذها من الام
اذا اخذ X نورمل ___ راح يطلعنه نورمل
اما اذا اخذ X ابنورمل ____ راح يطلعنه affected
Female carrierاكثر شي تجي
ليش تجي كيرير لان عدها(Xx) فالا X النورمل تغطي عالx الابنورمل

مرات تجي الفيميل affected بحالات
1) if femal homozygous
2)if lanazation phenomena

Ex:
G6PD deficiency
hemophilia
Duchenne muscular dystrophy

4_ infections
5_ hypo k

Plan x-ray show lower part of chest & abdomen, seen double bubble in stomach and duodenum

Management:
1_ decompression by NG tube
2_ iv fluid
3_ null by mouth
4_ sending for Surgical consultation

Right facial nerve palsy ..mouth deviated to left
Lower...if no wrinkles, absent nasolabial fold
Upper ...present wrinkles and nasolabial fold

اذا وياها لمفوسايت نقارنها وياها (المفروض RBC ثلث لمفوسايت او WBC )
2_ Central pallor of RBC
المفروض ثلث RBC
3_ segmented of RBC( normal 3 segment)
بهذا لسلايد مامبين اللمفوسايت فمنكدر نقارن
بس Central pallor of RBC قليل حيل يعني منفوخةالخلية بال( spherocytosis)

hydrops fetalis
Cause by RH incompatibility lead to sever anemia & edematous body &heart failure intrauterine and death

Megaloblastic anemia& macrocytic hyperchromic
hypersegmented RBC(normally 3 segments)
Cases of Megaloblastic anemia:
1_ B12 deficiency
2_ folate deficiency

فيعني هذا
hypoochromic microcytic anemia
Causes:
iron deficiency anemia
lead poisoning anemia
sideroblastic anemia
