it's obviously not to get tracked but i used to say, what is the big deal if they make a couple of transactions in credit card but that gives a lot of info about you.
we're moving in that direction with fayda and telebirr being enforced. I can see why this is really a big deal for the gov't. your entire info, including transactions, is one click away. it's vital, especially to control illegal activities.
BUT on the other hand, it somehow limits people's privacy right. at the end of the day, it's the gov't, which can't be fully trusted to only do the right things with the info they have

I have been exposed(intentionally😊) to a lot of content about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency recently, i even read the original Bitcoin paper lol. ngl it's kinda interesting but there is a lot into it. the technology by itself is fascinating but it touches economics and politics😬don't worry I'm in the technology side😁
