- Add action.sh, now you can start EUICC activity by action.
- Optimize the time to set key value is_enable_esim_for_user.

Github 针对中国大陆 IP 返回 403 Forbidden
当使用中国大陆 IP 访问 Github 首页或者登陆页时，会得到 403 Forbidden 响应，并提示：
> Access to this site has been restricted.
根据测试，部分香港 IP、新加坡 IP 同样受到影响。可能和 Github 使用的 GeoIP 数据库有关。

虽然epcdiy发了这条动态，但LuvLetter这种借题发挥纯属暴露本性，epcdiy发这条东西的本质问题是：不要过度解读别人话语的深层含义，Luv这句话显然是有点喜欢站在道德高地指责别人，不会觉得自己很幽默吧？
