PIPE_USDC and PIPE_USDC_PERP are live for trading
We're seeing very high load at the moment. We're looking into it
For everyone's reference - following today's volatility, we did a full evaluation and confirmed that all systems are operating normally. All real-time systems / trading continued working through the market move, and there were no socialized losses incurred or anything of the sort.

Important Announcement: We will be expanding the coverage of the taker speed bump across all markets on Tuesday February 10 at 12am UTC.

Several months ago, we started experimenting with a 100ms speed bump on non-post-only (i.e., taker) orders. This speed bump was only implemented on secondary perp markets (i.e., all perp markets except BTC-PERP, ETH-PERP, SOL-PERP). The goal of this experiment was to verify whether such a speed bump would deepen top-of-book liquidity on these markets. Based on the data we have seen and feedback from our users, the speed bump has helped us achieve our goal of reinforcing and diversifying order book liquidity, increasing volumes, and most importantly, improving user experience.

With that in mind, we have decided to expand the scope of the speed bump across all markets. This means that the speed bump will be implemented on all of the following market categories, which currently don't have a speed bump:
• Tier 1 perp pairs (BTC-PERP, ETH-PERP, SOL-PERP)
• All spot pairs

This change will go live on Tuesday, February 10 at 12:00am UTC to give participants time to adjust.

As with when we first launched this experiment, we will be closely observing market dynamics, gathering feedback from all participants, and ensuring that the speed bump achieves the goals for which it was designed.

As a refresher, here are some details on how the speed bump works:
• The 100ms speed bump applies only to orders that do NOT have the postOnly flag enabled.
• Market orders and limit orders (including non-IOC orders) without the post
• Only flag will be subject to the speed bump, even if they rest on the orderbook.
• Order cancellations are exempt from this speed bump.
