Most Americans are 3-4 generations removed from agriculture.

Each glass of milk you drink only makes it to your table because of the hard work that went into raising crops, cutting crops, storing crops, feeding crops to cattle, and ensuring the milk makes it to market.

Throughout the 2023 session, rancher and LD29 State Rep. @AustinForArizona has been a strong leader for Arizona's farming community - working on numerous bills to support those who feed us all.

It's been estimated that Arizona is sitting on over 600 MILLION acre-feet of brackish groundwater.

We've heard plans to bring in water from California or Sonora to desalinate from the ocean... but we should be focusing on Arizona First.

Desalinizing our brackish groundwater has been an objective of Rep. Alex Kolodin's since before he even got elected!

#HB2217 passed unanimously from both parties in the House!

Listen to Rep. Barbara Parker explain her AYE vote on the brackish groundwater study bill!

Katie Hobbs' veto of #HB2394 is a blow to our constitutional rights.

Our right to bear arms shall not be infringed, yet she disregarded it. This bill aimed to prevent deterrent chilling taxes on firearms.

🙌🏼 Thank you @AustinForArizona for sponsoring this bill and tirelessly fighting to safeguard our #2ndAmendment rights. Smith understands the importance of preserving the freedoms enshrined by our Founding Fathers in the Constitution.

💪🏼 At the committee hearing, Representatives Alex Kolodin, Quang Nguyen , Cory McGarr, and @DaveMarshallAZ passionately spoke in favor of #HB2394. Their support shows their dedication to protecting our rights and ensuring a burden-free exercise of the 2A.

🤝 Disappointingly, Hobbs vetoed the bill despite public opposition coming solely from a lobbyist. While we respect differing opinions, our constitutional rights are non-negotiable.

Rep. Matt Gress and Rep. Alex Kolodin, two Young Republicans in the Arizona State House of Representatives, share their thoughts on #HB2226 - a bill that establishes a fund for fentanyl testing.

This bill would allow municipalities to better do their jobs in testing for the drug and helping remove it from Arizonan streets.

Gress's fentanyl fund made it into the final budget! Congrats and thank you, Matt!

Congrats, Rep. Quang Nguyen on the passage of #HB2168, a bill that extends our Good Samaritan policies in Arizona!

We should be getting help for people who are victims of substance abuse - period!

State Representatives Matt Gress & Rachel Jones championed those who are Skilled Through Alternative Routes (STARs) for government positions: supporting qualified individuals who lack a bachelor's degree!

This unanimously passed law, #HB2225, opens doors for thousands of job seekers in Arizona.

Kudos to Rep. Gress for fighting for the working class! 💪🏼

I am grateful for the greatest generation of Americans ever to ever exist.

Katie Hobbs VETOED #HB2379, a bill that would prevent the government from FORCING hotel + motel owners to house the homeless against their will.

This policy was used in other states and decimated their hotel + lodging industries and small business owners.

This bill by Representative Matthew Gress was heavily endorsed by Arizona's lodging community.

Unfortunately, Hobbs vetoed the bill despite extensive testimony on behalf of it during committee by a variety of Representatives from all across the state.

Tim Dunn, Steve Montenegro, Rachel Jones, Kevin Payne, and John Gillette all shared their support for the bill during the committee hearing earlier this year.

Katie Hobbs had essentially nothing to do with the budget!

#HB2062, recently signed into law, does a lot more than just create a new license plate.

This legislation will help the Gila River Indian Community and the Ak-Chin Community fund their roads while giving Arizonans an opportunity to support our indigenous communities as they drive from place to place!

Thank you to Whip Teresa Martinez for sponsoring the bill - we can't wait to see you and Rep. David Cook with your new plates!

UNBELIEVABLE. Katie Hobbs vetoed ANOTHER common sense bill.

Rep. Cory McGarr introduced #HB2305, a bill that would require bipartisan observers to be present at each stage of the signature verification process.

The Democrats used a genetic fallacy in their no vote, suggesting that the bill couldn't include bipartisan language because it was sponsored by Republicans. Ridiculous.

One Democrat in a swing district even said she was afraid of allowing "untrained observers into a secure process." ...How can the process be secure if it is unobserved!?

Thankfully Representatives Alex Kolodin and Jacqueline Parker set the Dems straight by the end of the hearing - but Hobbs still vetoed the bill.

Councilman Allen Skillicorn, Representatives @AustinForArizona, Rachel Jones, and Justin Heap, and former State Senate candidate @VoteZipperman all spoke on behalf of #HB2305 during committee.

ANOTHER ONE!

Katie Hobbs vetoed #HB2377, a bill from Majority Leader Leo Biasiucci that would have prevented lobbyists from holding office at any level of government in the state of Arizona.

Why would Hobbs want to incentivize corruption?

KATIE HOBBS VETOES FIREARM SAFETY BILL!

Rep. Selina Bliss sponsored #HB2332, a bill to incorporate a one-time firearms safety training in Arizona's public education curriculum.

This essential training, to be conducted by experts, would have helped prevent tragic firearm-related accidents involving children.

Shockingly, despite receiving support from all Republican legislators and in-committee support from activists + Town Councilman Allen Skillicorn, the bill was vetoed by Hobbs.

Her decision denies firearms safety training to millions of young Arizonans.

How can Democrats possibly claim to prioritize gun violence prevention when they vote against common-sense bills like this?

One Democratic Representative even said that he "knows nothing about guns" - then why is he voting on this bill!?

Rep. Kevin Payne and Rep. John Gillette also voiced their support for this crucial measure in committee!

Arizonans deserve better. Our children deserve better.

WATER FOR RIO VERDE!

Thank you to Rep. Alex Kolodin for getting a bipartisan solution through the House for the people of Rio Verde.

Nobody in Arizona should go without clean and secure water.

It's time to change how Arizonans deal with our water issues.

Can you imagine working with this every single day?

Arizona's favorite anti-Semitic masker called six nonsensical points of order in a single Floor session on Maj. Leader Leo Biasiucci, @DaveMarshallAZ, Justin Heap, and even the CLERK'S OFFICE.

Salman didn't show up to work for an entire year, defended Bible-lifter Stephanie Stahl Hamilton, and denies Israel's right to exist, yet thinks she has the right to run the entire AZ House? Sorry, Athena, you aren't special.

Salman was one of TWO PEOPLE out of 60 to vote against the bill to save MISSING CHILDREN earlier this week. She also voted against bills to help our Veterans, fund our schools, and lower inflation.
