When a paramedic reaches you in the worst moment of your life, the last thing you want is confusion about your wishes.
Rep. Khyl Powell introduced HB2772, a bill which passed the House with a bipartisan supermajority, to put a simple orange indicator on an Arizona license or ID when someone has a qualifying medical directive, so EMS never has to guess on the scene.
Transparency and common sense guidelines help save lives. ✅

If a child is questioning their gender, school personnel should never conceal that information from their parents. They shouldn’t be setting up transition plans without parental knowledge and consent. Unfortunately, that’s happening in schools across America.
Rep. Lisa Fink’s HB2249 strengthens Arizona’s Parents’ Bill of Rights because parents deserve the full picture.
A child can’t get a tattoo without parental consent. They can’t book a flight without parental consent. This kind of transparency shouldn’t be controversial.

🚨EPIC! Newly-Appointed Rep. Sylvia Allen has seen 10 budget fights. And after all these years, she says the lesson is clear:
Bigger government does not solve the problem. It becomes the problem.
Tax dollars come from the blood, sweat, and sacrifice of Arizona families. They should be treated as sacred.
✅ That’s why House Republicans passed a responsible budget that keeps government in check, returns money to taxpayers, and trusts Arizonans to make decisions for themselves.

This AZ financial summary completely destroys the narrative that public schools are being “starved” of funding. According to the report, AZ school districts ended FY2025 with more than $7.07B in ending balances/carryforward while total revenues exceeded $13.6B. At the same time, enrollment continues declining, yet spending keeps increasing. The data also shows districts spent about $1.7B on admin while maintaining tens of billions in capital assets and large reserves.
This is why parents are frustrated when activists claim ESAs are “draining” public schools. Districts are sitting on enormous $$ reserves while demanding even more taxpayer $$. If SOS truly cared about “unused taxpayer $$,” they’d demand districts return billions in unused carryforward funds or explain why so much money sits idle while academic outcomes remain mediocre. But they never do. Instead, they target parents seeking alternatives outside the system.
