Democrats will stop at nothing to erase women.

House Bill 2062 from Rep. Lisa Fink in Arizona clarifies laws on biological sex, defining terms like "male," "female," "man," and "woman" based on biology, not identity. It passed along party lines—Republicans in favor, Democrats opposed.

The bill:
1. Defines terms in statutes by biological meaning.
2. Ensures state data reflects biological sex.
3. Protects single-sex spaces with clear legal definitions.

Rep. Stephanie Simacek’s unhinged response claimed it would "erase trans people" and "rescind women’s rights" for affirming biology. She called biological definitions “outdated,” ignoring reality. Another representative, Rep. Teresa Martinez, had to intervene to enforce House rules.

HB2062 simply ensures legal clarity, protects women’s spaces, and upholds biological facts—not the absurd accusations Democrats made.

Property owners should not have to worry about industrial energy production popping up right outside their front door.

That's why Rep. David Marshall introduced #HB2267, a bill which will prevent utility scale renewable energy facilities from being built adjacent to our residential neighborhoods.

Arizona taxpayers shouldn't subsidize massive out-of-state wind & solar farms while our families pay the price.

HB2918 is our bill to end unfair property tax breaks for new utility-scale renewable energy projects.

Currently, these large projects get valued at only 20% of depreciated cost – a stacked subsidy worth ~$180M/year that gives them an unfair edge over other energy sources and hurts local property tax revenue for schools, roads, and services.

Our reform sets full cash value at 100% depreciated cost for most new projects (post-2027 in-service for utility-tied ones, with grandfathering to protect ratepayers from hikes). It's about fairness: level the playing field, ensure these corporations pay their share, and stop corporate welfare at Arizonans' expense.

We are proud to fight for common-sense energy policy and tax reform!

Parents should be trusted to raise their children without government interference, especially when it comes to their faith.

Proud to sponsor HB 2266 which strengthens religious freedom in Arizona schools by requiring districts and charter schools to adopt policies that allow students to be excused for religious holidays, instruction or exercises with parental written consent.

This isn't about forcing anything on anyone; it's about removing barriers so families can engage with their faith without government overreach.

Our House GOP majority stands for parental rights and freedom of religion. Let's protect it!

Arizona Democrats tried to introduce a bill which would allow unelected bureaucrats to enact Green New Deal policies without a vote from the legislature or the voters.

We stopped it.

Serving in government isn't just about passing good laws. It's about stopping bad ones. #HB2356

HB2042 would have banned taxpayer-funded solar radiation management, the controversial idea of using state resources to intentionally block sunlight from penetrating our atmosphere.

It passed the House and Senate. Governor Hobbs vetoed it, claiming the bill 'focused on conspiracy theories.'

Yet many in her own party and the climate movement openly advocate for exactly this kind of large-scale atmospheric experiment.

We shouldn’t be spending Arizonans’ money (or risking our farms, water, and public health) on unproven projects.

We were proud to co-sponsor this with Rep. Lisa Fink and we look forward to Andy Biggs signing the next version into law.

Kids should not be placed at risk because courts overlook domestic violence.

HB2995, the Alec and Lydia Act, strengthens Arizona law to make sure domestic violence is properly weighed in custody and parenting time decisions.

Sponsored by Rep. Lisa Fink. Passed the House with bipartisan support. Governor Hobbs should sign it.

Before the legislature, Dr. Ralph Heap was an orthopedic surgeon.

So when he introduces legislation on medical issues, he isn't guessing what's needed, he knows from experience.

HB2686 brings needed clarity to coverage so patients aren’t left in the gray, and HB2906 fixes a major gap on our state's Dental Board.

These bills passed with unanimous bipartisan consent and we look forward to them being signed into law.

When DCS knocks, families should know their rights immediately.

Rep. Lisa Fink’s HB2661 adds to the rights of parents and guardians during a DCS investigation. It ensures that they don’t enter a situation where they are unprepared or are not given the information they need to engage.

In high stress family situations, clarity and due process make a real difference.

Rep. Selina Bliss introduced HCR2003, the Protecting Girls Sports in Arizona Act, to ensure that biological males do not take away opportunities from our female athletes.

This common sense legislation will skip the governor and go right to your ballot in November.

Governor Katie Hobbs is heavily compromised on this issue because her husband makes a living by working in the gender transition pipeline.
