🚨 FREEDOM ALERT 🚨
This week Arizona conservatives officially launched the Arizona Freedom Caucus! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The Arizona Freedom Caucus launched with nearly 1/3rd of all Arizona House Republicans as founding members. The Caucus will have a direct line of communication and collaboration with the U.S. House Freedom Caucus in Washington DC, as well as, other state freedom caucuses around the country.
I'm honored to have been elected as the Founding Chairman of the Arizona Freedom Caucus by its members, along with Founding Vice Chairman Rep. Jacqueline Parker, and Founding Secretary/Treasurer Rep. Joseph Chaplik.
The Arizona Freedom Caucus is currently a unicameral caucus; however, we are proud to announce that in 2023 we will expand to be a bicameral caucus with members in both the Arizona House and Senate.

BREAKING: We have won in court, again! The left’s so-called “Free and Fair Elections” initiative is OFF the ballot. This morning, Judge Mikitish ruled it does NOT have enough valid signatures to qualify and ordered Katie Hobbs to RESCIND her certification. This is a huge win for election integrity and for the state of Arizona.

BREAKING UPDATE: The Arizona Supreme Court has affirmed Judge Mikitish’s ruling from this morning, meaning the “Free and Fair Elections” initiative is officially DEAD and will NOT be on the ballot this November, after out of state liberal organizations spent $7 millions or buy signatures.

“Thankfully, after additional review by the courts, their social justice common core math was discarded, and the correct statutory calculation was used to determine that they lacked the minimum number of signatures to qualify for the ballot.” https://azfree.org/blog/2022/08/30/stopping-the-liberal-election-initiative-was-a-major-victory-for-secure-elections-and-the-rule-of-law/

Securing this legal victory was not an easy feat, and the final days of litigation were far more suspenseful than they should have been.

Yesterday, Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer apparently violated election law, illegally using public resources to influence the outcome of an election. https://twitter.com/azvoterid/status/1580285523465150464?s=21&t=ns2zdIQv5SoX6VYwn78g9Q

.@stephen_richer did this to voice his feelings on #Prop309 which ensures everyone shows ID, and wrongly claimed unanimous support for his letter, which doesn't exist. We hope @GeneralBrnovich protects our elections from the inappropriate influence of the…
CALL TO ACTION: Let’s let Stephen Richer know we will be voting YES on Prop 309, and that he should follow the law! Resond to Richer here: https://twitter.com/stephen_richer/status/1579946594916773888?s=21&t=ns2zdIQv5SoX6VYwn78g9Q

The Arizona County Recorders (people who oversee early voting) OPPOSE Proposition 309.
It would:
- Address non-existent problem
- Impose new regulatory framework on voters
- Delay results
- Jeopardize personal data
- Disenfranchise thousands

“Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer is the president of AACR and is the one who distributed the anti-Prop 309 statement on Tuesday. Yet according to election law expert Timothy La Sota, it appears Richer has violated two Arizona laws in connection with the statement, which was also posted to a website controlled by Maricopa County.”
“But that is not the only problem stemming from Richer’s distribution of the anti-Prop 309 statement, which he said on Tuesday afternoon was approved by AACR members by “unanimous voice vote (no nays, all ays).” Richer also tweeted that “14 of the 15 counties were present” for the vote, with only Apache County absent.”
“According to Cochise County Recorder David Stevens, the inference voters will make from the AACR statement and Richer’s social media comments is that all 15 county recorders are against Prop 309.”
“That, Stevens says, is not true. In fact, he is an adamant supporter of Prop 309 and has demanded Richer correct the AACR statement and clear any misperception.”
