A year has passed, and a new year is ahead of us. As always, we make small goals or intentions every New Year, but short-lived enthusiasm easily influences us, even in the early months. Why? For me, not being consistent is the main reason I lose sight of my goals.
So this year, the one word I will always keep in mind is âconsistencyâ, all year round. Along with that, mindfulness is something I must hold onto in every moment to help me achieve my goals, focusing on only one thing at a time. The last, but most important, intention is not to be greedy, especially in areas such as multi-learning, money-making, and trying to be perfect in an overwhelming way. In my opinion, quality and slow learning are the keys to truly knowing something inside out.
