Self care time💜
My morning often begins with wiping my face and decollete area with ice cubes.
This helps to wake up, reduce swelling and keep skin glowing🤍
Easy to make, fast to do, effect is strong🙃
❗️It is always important to work with the cold through relaxation, not through effort❗️
(You will benefit only if u r able to relax. If it's too cold for you, please don't force yourself.
If you are very interested why- read or watch Wim Hof, he explains in detail about the difference :))
P.S. my first ever made video…uuuffff🤪

Tonight, I am sharing my work to support women facing pregnancy loss. This project was born from my own deeply painful experience, where I encountered many complex programs, taboos, and ignorance.
⠀
What started as a spontaneous intention to create a small brochure of 2-3 pages evolved into a comprehensive guide of about 50 pages. It has been translated into two languages (Russian and English) and carefully proofread by midwives, doulas, and other specialists.
⠀
The guide is divided into two parts:
⠀
1. “Woman’s Strength: How to Live Through Loss – Support for Women Who Are Facing Pregnancy Loss”
This part offers practical information to help navigate the process of loss from beginning to end.
⠀
2. “The Path of Inner Strength: My Story of Loss”
Here, I share my personal story, focusing on emotions. It’s an intimate reflection on my experience. (Link on this is on the last page of first paper 👆)
⠀
It’s very important to me that this resource reaches those who need it. The project is completely non-commercial, and I would be grateful for any help in spreading it. You can read and download the guide from the Google Drive link in my profile bio.
⠀
I know that if I had something like this at the time, I wouldn’t have had to sit in front of my computer, tearfully searching for the right information. I would have been so grateful to have it, allowing me to focus on the experience itself without fighting for my own rights. And I know I am not the only one.
⠀
Continuing the theme of breaking the taboo on discussing this topic, I aim to create a library of experiences. If you would like to share your experience, feelings, or other aspects related to pregnancy loss, you can send it to the email address life.ayamo@gmail.com with the subject “pregnancy loss.” Stories can be published anonymously or with your name, according to your preference.
