Who are we?

INTUITION: The Superpower Within You

(PART 1)

We suffer because we can't choose.

Too many choices. Too many options. How to know what is right for you. How to make the right choices, understand people. Get their vibes right.

You read, ask experts, watch YouTube, but it confuses you even more.

You wish there was someone who could help you choose. Help you make the right decision.

Help you when you're confused.

What if I told you don't need any help. That you've been sleeping all your life with a superpower so great, it'll blow your mind.

Let me explain.

The sun rises from the east everyday. The Earth takes 24 hours to rotate everyday. The moon cycles happen every 28 days.

The laws of universe are perfect. They don't make a mistake. Now the same intelligence and energy is running through you.

Then why do you keep on making mistakes? Why can't you know what to do? Why are you so confused all the time?

Because you use your intellect. When you have to choose, you use your collected facts, 100 mental models, rules books, and popular opinions. You're limiting your intelligence.

Stop doing that!

All famous scientific inventions, insights and technologies have come to people in dreams or in states of relaxation.

None of them could explain how it happened. They said it just came to them from beyond.

The place of super-intelligence. The limitless oceans of wisdom.

PART 2

You're always connected to that limitless ocean.

It's always there. Always present for you to use it. But you're blinded by the things in your head.

You can't see the truth, you can't decide because you know too much. Or you think you know.

Stop trying. Let go.

A tiny seed grows into a huge tree. Without effort. Without knowledge. It knows how to grow.

And you know it too.

Here's how it works:

Whenever you need to make a decision, or whenever you're confused between choices, first you need to calm down.

Sit quietly, close your eyes and think about your choices. Now don't start judging them. Don't start looking at pros and cons, long and short term benefits.

No! Nothing.

Simple watch them.

I'll give you a very simple example:

Let's say you want to change your twitter dp. You zeroed down to two pictures. You like them both. Both look perfect. You ask friends and they have their own opinions.

You get more confused. And have a bad headache.

Now, sit quietly.

Too many ideas are swirling around in your mind. Colours, professionalism, size, aesthetics, face, brand and a hundred others things.

Forget everything. Close your eyes and imagine both the pictures. And focus on your feeling, not thought.

No thinking about what's popular, what your best friend suggested, what your guru says. Drop all that.

Now, one of the pictures will give you a feeling that will come up from your belly. It won't have any words, any reason to be better.

Just a pure feeling. And in that moment you'll know.

While the other will remain on the periphery of your mind, but won't touch your heart.

That's the intuition at work. You just know.

You don't have to go through hundreds of calculations and analysis to reach a conclusion.

You make a jump. From problem to solution. Without any steps.

Now don't confuse it with guessing. When you guess, you're not aware. You're mind is somewhere and you blindly choose anything.

Intuition works only when you're fully aware.

Ways To Develop Your Intuition:

PART 1

I lived in Tibet for 18 months. More about that later. There I met a 140-year-old monk in the mountains.

Now you may not believe it. Google says oldest person to ever live was 122 years old. But again, internet doesn't know everything.

More about the monk later when I start with the Meditation posts.

So, my first question was an obvious one,

"How have you managed to live so long?

He spoke little English, but understood everything. He looked at me with this deep wise eyes and said,

"Eat when hungry."

That's all he said. No explaination. Nothing.

I was into the 3 meal a day routine. And my mind full of garbage.

"Don't we need nutrition? Doctors recommend it." I asked.

He smiled and said,

"Belly knows more than doctor."

I felt he said something very deep. Something of great importance which I understood years later.

More on that later.

The area around your navel is the most important part in the body. It's your center of mass or gravity which connects your breath to the universal energy.

When you breathe in, the breath touches that point and back to the universal source.

There are 108 ways to meditate, but we won't go there. We'll focus on the TWO most important ones.

The two that'll help you develop your intuition. And tap into that universal intelligence.

And finally learn to live without thinking.

The Two ways:

1. Focusing between you eyebrows

2. Focusing on the inward breath that raises your belly touching the energy point


Choose one of them. Whichever feel easy. And focus on it while meditating.

PART 2

I used to call the 140 years old monk 'master'. And from now on, whenever we talk about him, I'll denote him as master.

Two weeks passed. I was getting curious. Hundreds of questions were swirling in my head.

One morning, the master was staring out the door at the mountains. He used to look at them for hours and never got tired.

I asked,

"What true? Can we ever know?"

No answer. I waited.

After a few minutes he looked at me.

"Put water in that pot. Light the fire and see it."

I poured some water in the pot. Lit fire under it and watched. After a few minutes the water started boiling.

I looked at the master.

"It's done." I said

"What you see?"

I looked again. Nothing magical. The water was boiling.

"It's very hot now." I said.

Master laughed.

"Water change. From liquid to air. One degree, 99 to 100. Water change." he said.

"Yes. Like it changed form. Liquid to vapour. That's simple science." I said.

Master laughed again.

"You change too. When your is energy high enough. Then you know what is true."

I couldn't sleep for the next 3 days.

Master had his own ways of explaining things. And he had the intelligence to do it with simplicity.

Focusing between your eyebrows or the Belly, while meditating is a way to increase your energy.

Right now, your energy is distracted. You have too many thoughts, doing too many unnecessary actions and feeling unnecessary emotions.

Every unnecessary action, thought, or emotion is an ENERGY LEAK.

The first step towards awakening your intelligence is to develop the ability to focus your energy.

And close all the points from where it can leak.


And to close the points and focus that energy you need to learn the right techniques of meditation.

If you're able to focus all the available energy inside you, you can accomplish anything in your life.

And you need a large amount of focused energy to Awaken your inner intelligence.

Energy Leaks and How to Fix Them:

I was sitting on a wooden stool. My legs hanging freely. And I was swinging them while lost in thoughts.

"You think too much." Master said

My legs stopped moving and mind came back.

"Not a lot." I said

"Your legs can't lie like you." Master smiled

I looked at my legs. And then looked at him.

"I don't understand."

"You move without reason, energy go. You think without reason, energy go." Master said.

That was my first introduction to energy leaks in the human machine.

Yes you heard it right. Your body is a machine.

If you start your car and leave it running overnight. What will happen?

You'll lose half of your fuel. May be more.

The car didn't even move an inch, but still it lost the fuel. Because the engine was running.

The body is your car, and your mind is the engine. And you've left it running 24/7.

Even while lying comfortably on your couch, you can drain yourself out of energy. And then you wonder,

"Why am I so tried after so much rest?"

No, you didn't rest. You were thinking. And losing energy.

- Thinking about past regrets
- Planning imaginary future
- Fantasising about a girl/guy
- About office at home
- About home at office

And 60,000 others things per day.


The same happens with ACTIONS

- moving your hand, leg, neck
- scratching, brushing your hair
- walking around for no reason
- Eating without hunger
- looking your phone, scrolling up and down
- Pleasure by imagination (masturbation)


And with EMOTIONS

- Feeling anger
- Feeling jealous, envy, hate
- Feeling embarrassed
- Feeling you're not good enough
- Feeling shame
- Feeling fear, doubts
- Feeling suspicious about your lover


All energy leaks have only one solution: AWARENESS

Or in other words: Self-observation

You need that energy for the natural functioning of the body.

You body is STARVING! And that's why you suffer. Procrastinate, have low self-esteem and confidence.

You need that energy for reaching goals, making money, motivation, working out, attracting a man or woman of your dreams,

And above all achieving your higher purpose.

or Self actualisation according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

Either you can keep on living like an animal, wasting your energy on thoughts and silly pleasures

Or you can become aware, save that energy and focus it to awaken that intelligence which will take you to your higher purpose.

Awareness and Plugging Energy Leaks


I used to go on long walks in the mountains. Tibet has some beautiful views.

I came back one morning after my walk and sat near the master.

Master was drinking tea.

"Why can't I meditate in the woods?" I said.

"You do many things." Master said.

"No, no. I swear, I just sat there. Eyes closed. Watching my breath. But I just couldn't focus." I said.

"You did four things."

I looked at him.

"Four?"

Master drank tea. I waited.

"One you go to woods to meditate. Two you try to meditate. Three you focus on breath. Four you fighting with thoughts. Do only one."

I couldn't make sense of it. Just like you right now.

But what he said in those simple words was something extraordinary.

You've been sleeping all your life. Doing things out of Habits you don't even know about.

When you're aware, you do LESS.

Most of our thoughts and actions are unnecessary. Opposite of any useful activity.

By Useful I mean directed towards a DEFINITE AIM. And that's the whole foundation of awareness.

"Awareness is conscious activity with a definate aim."

One input --> One output

You looking at a rose. You simply look. Use your eyes, not your mind.

It's hard. But not impossible. And once you adapt to this new way of living, the energy inside will start rising.

Your 5 senses are weak. They are dependent on your mind. On your imagination.

- You can't enjoy a dish if it doesn't look good.

- You can't make love with an ugly partner.

- You can't look at a tree without the knowledge in your head


But once you start saving energy with my methods, you won't be wasting it anymore on unnecessary thoughts or actions.

And that will activate your 5 senses again. They'll start working at their full power. Independently without imagination.

With the power of awareness and fully working 5 senses, the knob of your Inner intelligence will slowly start turning towards "ON".

Tests and Proofs Of Awakened Intelligence


PART 1

It was winter. From trees to far away mountains, everything was covered in snow.

3 days passed. Master didn't speak a word. Others said it was normal.

Living for that long, you get tired of speaking. But I was waiting. Waiting for the answer to the question I had asked 3 days ago.

I thought may be he was testing me. And decided to wait.

It was afternoon, the sun was out and the master asked for his walking stick.


"Let's go for a walk." Master said.


I jumped into my boots and off we went.

"Why didn't you speak for 3 days?" I asked.


"Snow fall. I'm old man. I need more energy to keep hot."


"Energy leak?"


The master nodded.


"And you still haven't answered my question."


"We walk now to your answer." Master said.


After walking for about an hour, we reached a small frozen pond. The ice was thin. Master struck it with his stick and it broke.

Leaving a big hole.


"Jump."


I looked at him. He was serious.


"I'll die."


"No die. Jump." Master said.


I wore 5 layers of clothing. I took off my jacket. Then my sweat shirt. My boots and I was about to drop down my pants.


"Stop." Master said


I looked at him.


"No pants?" I asked.


He laughed.


"This water very cold. I say jump. What you say?"


"I said no. I'll die."


"How you know?" master asked.


It hit me like a speeding truck on a highway.

The Final Part

NOTE: This is the conclusion to the series of posts I've written from August 5 till now.

If you're new to the channel, I'd suggest reading the old posts to get a proper understanding.

So let's continue...

I had asked the master, what is Intelligence?
And how can we develop it?

We were still near the frozen pond. I was shivering. Master asked me to put back my clothes.

We walked to for a few more minutes. And reached an old little monastery.

A young monk came running seeing the master and bowed. Master mumbled something.

The monk ran away and came back with two hot mugs of tea.

We entered the monastery. It was empty. Wood crackled in the fireplace. We sat by the fire and drank tea in silence.

Then the master began..

"Man is wise. Very wise. Wiser than all animals. And birds. You know why?"

"We got a bigger brain. We're more evolved" I said.

Master chuckled.

"Yes yes. Big brain. But of no use."

"You mean like we use only 3 percent of our brain capacity." I said.

"3 percent?" Master laughed. "All science. Science good for machine. Not body. They say 3 percent, because they know 3 percent"

"You mean we're more intelligent than we know?" I said.

"Very much. You don't jump in cold water. You don't jump in fire. You don't jump mountain. What is that? It is intelligence.

Intelligence is simple. When you think you lose it. When you don't think, you have it." The master said.

"What is mind? Why is the mind there if it only causes problems in our life" I said.

"Mind is cycle. It repeats. You like fruits, it repeats. You like cigarette, it repeats. Mind can't judge. You are not mind. You are energy in this body."

"You mean the the witness? The observer"

"Yes. That energy is same in sun, moon, stars, all and everything is that. Call it god or universe. You are that energy. When you become the observer, mind go away. You become the universe. Intuition is working like the universe. Intelligence will happen on its own."

I was staring into the fire. And also become aware of my starting. It was enlightening.

We sat in silence for a long time..


To conclude:

Intuition is knowing. Intelligence is the action that follows that knowing.

Self-observation is the key to every kind of knowledge available on earth.

When you observe yourself acting, feeling and thinking, every second of your life becomes meditation. Your intuition deepens and you simply know.

Intelligence starts increasing when you let your intuition guide you.

PART 1


It was my second month in the Tibetan mountains.

Master had asked me to observe everything. And I was confused.

How should I observe. I could it for a few minutes. Then I forgot. In moments of silence, it was easy to observe. But with people it felt impossible.

So I finally went to the master.

Master was sitting with his eyes closed wrapped in a cosy blanket.

He heard my footsteps and smiled.

"Why you worry?" Master asked.

He could always read my mind.

"I can't do it. I can observe for a few minutes that's it. Then my mind takes over." I said.

"Give my stick."

I picked up his walking stick and passed it.

"Show your hand." Master said.

I showed my palm.

Master raised it like he's going to hit, but didn't do it. Then again he got it close, but again he didn't do it.

This went on for a minute. And then he placed the stick by his side.

"What you think now?" Master asked

"Nothing." I said.

"You focus on stick, you don't think. Same way you focus on your actions, you don't think."

And it was all clear to me.

The key to self observation starts with your ACTIONS.

Always be aware of everything you're doing in every moment.

When you sit, observe the action of sitting.

When you look around, observe Yourself looking at the object.

When you eat, watching your hand carrying the spoon to your mouth. Observe the action of chewing.

Do this for a day. Be aware. Remember yourself in each moment.

And your whole experience of life will change into something magical.

And it will directly raise your intelligence. How?

How Self-obsevation Makes You Intelligent


After spending about 4 months in the mountains, I started getting bored.

I didn't expect it. I was living my dream.

But the human mind seeks new things.

As always, I went to the master.

"For how long have you lived here?" I asked.

Master looked at me and smiled.

"All life."

"Don't you get bored doing the same things everyday?"

"Bored" said master. "From what?"

"This. Everything. I mean this routine. Meditation, walks, silence..." I said.

"Sit down." Master said.

I sat by his bed.

"Life is ups and downs. After every up comes down. After every down comes up. Life's not same everyday. It changes. Today you feel down. Tomorrow you will feel up. You need to accept that. I accepted that long ago. So I never feel bored."

"I understand it. But how can I stop feeling like this."

"When you're happy, do you ask yourself the same question?" Master said.


I didn't say anything.


"Observe yourself, you'll be fine." Master said.


I sat there for a long time. I never got bored after that day.


Stop everything you're doing right and watch your breath.

Watch the air entering your nose and air coming out. Do this for 10 breaths.

Now ask yourself,

"How do I feel?"

You'll feel clam. At peace with yourself.

Self-obsevation teaches you to get in touch with your inner being.

When you watch your actions, you understand how your body works.

For example, you start scratching your head when you're confused, or you cross your arms when you feel threatened, or start moving your feel or rubbing your fingers when you're nervous.


The more you'll watch, the more you'll know about yourself.

Have you seen a cat walking or even moving its head. How beautiful it looks. Because the cat is aware.

All your actions becomes graceful, because you're there when you do them.

There be a certain beauty in them.

This awareness awakens your intelligence. You start doing things consciously.


You come closer to the divine inside you.

"Observing Emotions and Healing Yourself"


Repressed emotions never leave. They always come back in uglier ways.


Jack was dominated by his parents. Even when it was not his fault, he wasn't allowed to speak. Or defend himself. He couldn't understand his emotions. And no one cared how he felt.


He kept suffering in silence.


Jack was 21 when he got into his first fight. He was wrongly accused of misbehaving. A man twice as big as him, caught his arm, punched his face and thew him to the ground.


Jack got up, looked at the guy. He was raging with anger. He picked up an old monitor and slammed into the man's head.


That man couldn't get up from the hospital bed for 5 months.


His anger was not momentary. This anger lived inside him for years. And then erupted like a volcano.


Observing your emotions is the easiest way to heal old scars. Unresolved childhood issues create big problems as we grow up.


You may not understand why you overthink so much, why you doubt everything, why you lack confidence, why you fear change, why do you have trust issues.


Most times it goes back to your childhood experiences.


Whenever you find yourself in situation where you feel weak, or something you can't control, or feel anxiety, become aware of your emotions.


Watch how you feel. Where is it coming from.


Just watching them will show you the root of the problem.


And once you find the root fixing them become easier.

PART 2:

"How to Fix Old Emotional Scars and Heal Yourself"


We're all damaged in some or the other way.

Some had abusive childhood, some were unloved, insecure, some are too caring, or too weak to say no.


Here's how to fix them:

First you have to learn to honestly observe yourself.


For example, if a person is wrong, but you never call upon it because you don't want to hurt their feelings.

Or

You hang out with people against your own will because you don't want to feel leftout.


In both the above examples, you are doing something that makes you feel like shit. But still you keep on doing them.


The underlying problem for such self-toxic behaviour is not being able to understand your own emotions.


You need to observe closely how you feel. You have been ignoring it for years.


If you want to say no, and you end up saying yes, watch how you feel.


Your emotions will go crazy. You'll feel shitty. Because you said yes to something that was against who you are.


Respect your emotions. They are there for a reason. They protect you.


If you feel in your gut you shouldn't do something, don't do it.


People will respect you more for having the guts to say no.


It shows that you respect yourself.


All you need is to stop running from your emotions. Accept them. Get closer to them. And connect back to them.


A strong Emotional connection with yourself will keep you healthy, peaceful and mentally stable.
