Don't copy others.

It's human nature to imitate:

- the strong
- the powerful
- the bold
- the popular
- the loved
- the successful
- the rich

But you need to ask yourself,

"Do I even want what they have"

From the outside it's all glamor, perfect, like a fairytale.

But inside, they're human just like any other.

They're wearing a MASK.

Don't let that mask fool you.

Stop letting yourself be jerked like puppet.

Root yourself to your own values, principles, beliefs, and goals.

And above all, as I always say— play your own game.

When it's real, people feel it.

They feel your vibrations, your energy, your intentions, your words — on an unconscious level.

You may try to lie and hide through your words, but you can't hide your energy.

Stop forcing yourself into places you've outgrown.

People will trigger your old patterns. Test you, tease you.

When you feel like falling back into your old patterns,

remember why you started, where you're headed, and think of how great it will be to get there.

And keep going.

Feel your feelings.

Don't eat, smoke, drink, sleep it away. Sit with them for a while.

You've learned coping mechanisms. And you're addicted to them.

It's okay to feel shitty sometimes.

Every time you feel discomfort, you don't have:

Start eating
Start smoking
Start drinking

Or start whatever it is that you do to escape it.

FEEL IT!

FACE IT!

Yes it's uncomfortable. But there's no other way.

Deal with it.

And with time, they'll pass.

Healing begins with reflection.

When you distance yourself from your mind and observe yourself like a bystander.

Don't run after the HOW.

Start with the WHY.

Meditate on why you do what you do.

And keep going deeper until you reach the roots and see it for what it is.

Fear to break the norms.
Fear to embrace your authenticity.

Listen.

You got one life. Once chance. This is all you have.

Introduce meditation, yoga, long walks, or workout into your daily routine.

Anything that helps you keep calm.

It will improve your life drastically.

They all want your attention.

And remember, attention is an energy exchange.

And by mindless engagement you're giving away too much energy.

Be very picky about what you watch, what you engage with, who you talk to.

Your energy is not for everyone.

A lot of people do not know the true importance of meditation.

Meditation is like lifting weights, but for your awareness.

When you are consistently meditating and becoming more self aware as a result, you will begin to notice your behavioral patterns much easier.

This observation is where the healing process starts, because you cannot heal what you cannot see.

If you have been wondering where to start on your healing journey, start with meditation.

It will open many of the doors necessary for you to connect to your higher self.

Sit with it. And feel.
