One of my favourite movie scenes is one from the movie 'City Slickers':

Curly: You know what the secret of life is?

Mitch: No. what?

Curly: This. (holds up his finger)

Mitch: Your finger?

Curly: One thing. Just one thing. You stick to that everything else don’t mean shit.

Mitch: That’s great, but what’s the one thing?

Curly: That’s what you’ve got to figure out.


Find your "One Thing". And life will feel like when you were 5β€” happy, carefree and curious.

"A Simple Tip for Achieving a Goal" :

First find what you want.

Make sure it's something you can put into specific words.

❌ I want to be a millionaire.

βœ… I want to make $100k in next 6 months

You get the idea.

Be very, very specificβ€” that's the KEY.

You don't have to rush through it. Take all the time you need.

Think, contemplate, and then craft what you want in one simple, clear sentence.

And thenβ€” REPEAT IT.

As many times as you can.

- Obsess about it.
- Think about it.
- Feel like you already got it.
- Imagine the details.

Fill your whole consciousness with the feeling that it's already done.

And the right action to achieve it will arise on its own.

Ask yourself,

"Do I want it bad enough?"

Because somewhere insideβ€”you're okay with not having it.

- You want to lose weight, but you're ok with it
- You want to make more money, but you're ok with it
- Quit smoking, but you're ok
- Stop drinking alcohol, but you're ok
- Quit watching porn, but you're ok
- Cutting off toxic people, but you're ok

You don't want it bad enough and that's a hard pill to swallow.

Because if you did, you'd not take a single breath without not having it.

Listen: be it anything. Any goal. Any dream.

The secret is to want it like a drowning man wants air.

When not having it is simply not an option, you'll develop the necessary discipline and ways to achieve it.

"The secret to a long life" :

My master lived in the Tibetan mountains.

And if you're an old member of this group, you know he was 140 years old.

Now don't start googling. It's pointless. Some greats live a life no one knows about.

When I first met, i couldn't believe he was that old.

I mean he looked like an old manβ€” wrinkles, forward bend, and all.

But he looked like an average 70 something.

Not able to resist anymore, i asked him straight away,

"How have you managed to live so long?"

And the master said,

"Follow your belly, it knows everything."

Everything is aligned.

Look at your past.

Really have a deep, introspective, non-judgemental kinda look.

Do you see anything out of place?

Everything just fits with everything else so perfectly, like pieces of lego.

In the same way, whatever you're experiencing right now, will start making sense.

Be patient and flow with life.

And rememberβ€” it's all rigged in your favour.

Go With The Flow

Going with the flow does not mean you don't know where you're going.

It means that you are open to multiple ways of getting there.

When you think that there's only one way of doing something, you limit yourself.

But when you realise that you have infinite possibilities, all things are possible.

The essence of going with the flow is living in the moment and keep doing your best without thinking of the outcome.

Let go of control, stop forcing and start flowing.

Recreate yourself.

Like nature, evolve everyday.

The mind always runs back to what's familiar.

Old ways.
Old patterns.
Old habits.
Old relationships.

Because the mind is afraid of the unknown.

Readjust your focus. Talk to yourself like someone you love.

Tell yourself,

"Hey it's okay. We gonna make it. Easy."

One day at a time. Moment by moment. Accept yourself more by embracing your authenticity.

Unlearn old beliefs rooted in fear and lack of self-love.

You're worthy of everything as you are, you just have to accept yourself first.
