You'd be surprised how little you need to do to be at peace with yourself.

The mind and body are one.

• 10 min of sun
• 30 min walk
• 10 min cardio
• some push-ups, pull-ups

Move the body and you feel mentally rejuvenated.

Good things are always simple.

Nature is very simple. Stop complicating things.

The 140-year-old monk used to say,

"People who live long have flexible bodies and good digestion."

A lifetime of wisdom in that one sentence.

- find a quiet place
- take a few deep breaths
- and tell yourself "I know what I want, the other is just a fear induced backup."

You don't need gurus and magic crystals to understand 'why' something happened.

Look within. Observe your actions.

Don't run after happiness.

Happiness is not a thing that you can hold and you will feel good.

Happiness is spontaneous.

It's like finding a hot spring in the middle of a snow covered forest.

Happiness is momentary.

Like a butterfly that sits on your shoulder and then flies away.

Happiness is in everything.

If you become aware, little things like:

- a morning cup of tea
- walking barefoot on grass
- late night cosy conversation
- coffee shop music and vibes
- a dinner with your family

And many such things can fill you with immense happiness.


And the highest form of happiness is simply being at peace with yourself.

It's ok to dislike someone.

Your vibes may not match. You may have your personal reasons.

But, it's not ok to disrespect and degrade a person to scratch a personal grudge.

See yourself as a spiritual being. Respect yourself. Love yourself.

And above all never do anything that lowers your vibe.

Let it go.

You've changed. What happened, happened.

The essence of life is to keep on moving.

Life is nothing but change. And we live in the middle of it.

You're not what you were a year ago, a month ago, a day ago, not even a moment ago.

When you accept this truth, you evolve into the highest version of yourself.

Whenever you feel doubt, cultivate the feeling of gratitude.

Think about your past. Think about who you've become.

Be thankful for what you have.

When you vibe with gratitude, the doors of abundance floods open.

Filled with gratitude, you tell the universe that you're ready to receive it.

Remember that it's already yours.
