You become what you believe about yourself the most.

Read that again.

Beliefs fuel our actions.

If you believe everything is a lesson, you'll learn from your mistakes.

If you believe life's not fair to you, well...

If you believe you're lucky, you'll start seeing patterns of luck everywhere in your life.

You are the creator of your reality. You can paint it any way you want.

You just need the right beliefs.

Negative beliefs about yourself can have a very bad effect on your life.

Negative beliefs will force your subconscious to make choices that are congruent with those beliefs.

And that's what leads to bad decisions, failures, anxiety and depression.


Here's the formula to fix your belief system:


ALWAYS TALK POSITIVELY ABOUT YOURSELF.

Yes, it's that simple.

Whether you're alone or with friends, never ever talk or think negatively about yourself.

This will force your subconscious to create a reality that's a reflection of your beliefs.

A reality of success, peace, happiness, health, wealth and wisdom.

Nature has rules.

For a ball to bounce, you need to throw it.
For a car to stop, you need to brake it.

In the same way, for you to vibe high, there are certain rules.


The 3 condition for vibing High:

1) Calm mind
2) Loving heart
3) Healthy body

Vibing means to be in flow with nature.

To be in complete alignment with your environment.

Any kind of resistance can disturb the flow.

And when the flow gets disturbed, your vibration gets affected.

If your mind is anxious, you vibe low.

If your heart is unloving, you vibe low.

If your body is unhealthy, you vibe low.


Why do you think when we get sick, we lose all motivation. It's the low vibe.

Meditate, listen to music, do anything that helps you relax.

Be kind. Be accepting. Don't resist. Let go of hate, grudges, and envy. Forgive and forget.

Become like a hollow flute and let the universe play you.

The better is your blood flow, higher you'll vibe.

Do cardio, brisk walk, lift, run, swim, anything that increases your heart rate for some time.


When you have fulfilled all 3 conditions, you'll feel a certain rise in your energy.

You'll feel new. People, animals, will get attracted to you. They'll feel this high vibe.

You'll easily attract the things you want in your life.

Simply because now your thoughts, emotions and actions vibe on the same frequency as the things you want to attract.

It's that simple.

To be at peace is an art.

A zen mind is like flowing water.

When you resist.
When you doubt.
When you fear.
When you overthink.
When you don't trust the divine plan.

That's when you lose peace.

So, the easiest way to master the Zen mind is to surrender yourself.

Believe in your heart that it's all for the good.

See everything as a lesson. Make mistakes and move on.

And above all, never resist.

If you have a problem,

1. Either fix it and move on
2. Or Quit it and move on


Never remain in the same place. Like Nature, keep on evolving.

When you're in a constant state of flux, constantly growing, your mind won't have time to resist.


Remember, yesterday the rose was a bud, today it blooms and tomorrow it will die.

Change is the only truth.

Do not let your mind cling to people, places or things.

Just keep on moving, and Zen mind will become your default state.

And you've clinged to them your whole life.


You sweat and toil, struggle and suffer but never question your beliefs.

What if?

What if what I know is false?

When you start questioning and inquiring your own beliefs, you start to awaken to truth.

Hardwork will not make you wealthy.

What then?

Here's the secret:

Devotion to Your Craft.

To be lost in your craft.

When find more pleasure not in winning, but in mastering your craft.


Remember winning is temporary.
Mastery is permanent.

If you can master your craft, you will win everytime.

Because you devoted your life in finding the system that is not dependent on luck or circumstances, but on practical methods.

Stop wasting your time in copying and recycling,

And focus on mastering what you know in your heart of hearts that simply cannot fail.

You were born with something special.

A skill that only you can do in a particular way.

It was nature's gift to you.

But as we grow up, society snaches it away from you.

Like a toy from a child's hand.

And they replace it with their rules, morals, opinions.

And the day you accept their way, is the day your essence starts dying.



Trust yourself.


Do not obey. Do not bow down to their ways.

This is how your mind gets conditioned to do not what you want, but what they want.

Not how you want to do it, but how they like it.

Don't let it die.

Listen to your soul. It's whispers what you want and how to do it.


You have all the answers within.

Their opinions will only limit your intelligence. It will only becomes an obstacle.

For example,

You ask an expert, how much money can you make as a writer.

He says, "$10k a month, easy!"


If you look deep inside, it's not an answer it's a limitation.

It has limited your mind to 10k.


Now your mind will work for only 10k, where you could have made 100k.


Preserve your essence.


Do let them limit you. Find your own answers.

Mind likes only one thing:

R E P E T I T I O N.

Eating, brushing, driving, walking, smoking, drinking, sex... And a hundred others things.

Goes on and on and on in circles.

Why?

Repetition is easy.

Repetition is a know territory.

The mind can imagine the 'reward' that lies at the end of repeating pattern.

It had experienced it a hundred times before.

It's safe and easy.


So it will keep on repeating.


You can never leave a habit until you become aware of this bitter reality,


that you don't even enjoy doing it.


You repeat a toxic pattern just for the a small reward.

A nicotine hit after a cigarette.

A moment of high after weed.

A few hours of drunkenness.

A few seconds of dopamine after porn.


YOU DON'T ENJOY IT!

It's pure imagination.

Your mind snatches the driving seat and takes you for a small ride and then throws you off on the road.


No hack, no pills, no meditation can stop it until you become totally aware of the fact:

THAT YOU'RE NOT YOUR MIND

Take sometime out, sit in silence and really think about this:

You repeat a toxic pattern because you're running away from something.

You want to escape.

Find what it is and SIT WITH IT.

The day you sit with it and have a friendly conversation with yourself.

It'll leave you in peace forever.

"Fixing Overthinking"


Overthinking is a longggggggggggg string of

What if-what if-what if.............

And the more you try to stop it, the more it dominates you.

Understand this:

Human mind works on the Law of CAUSE & EFFECT.

Just like everything else in this universe.

BUT!

The problem with the mind is that it thinks it's too clever.

It sees itself like an all knowing Overlord that can predict anything.

Why?

Because it has information.

Lots and lots and lots of information stored as your memory.

And though, every cause has only one effect,

but your mind, pretending to be an all knowing Overlord,

tries to predict everything it can associated with a particular event in your life.

For example:

Event: Your partner didn't pick up your call even after 4 tries.

Mind predictions:

- he/she cheating on me
- died in an accident
- what did I do
- was it the last date
- was it my dress
- may be I'm not cool enough

And it goes on and on and on.... You get the idea.

Reality: He/she forgot their phone in the car.


This string of predictions can seap into any part of your life:

- will I be successful
- will this work
- should i even try it
- i should start a new business but..
- i trust him but..
- i love her but..



This Overthinking can only stop when you accept the fact:

YOU DON'T KNOW.

It's the TRUTH, and you know it.

It's hard for the mind to accept it, because it's an arrogant bastard.

Let go of this contol to know everything.

Giving your best is enough.

Whether it's your career, relationship, family, job.

Whenever you feel you're Overthinking,

whenever you feel the anxiety creeping up on you,

Tell yourself,

I DONT KNOW. LET'S HOPE FOR THE BEST.

Take a leap of faith.

And the Universe will not disappoint you.

Jack was one of the top ad writers in town.

Jack wrote an Ad for a new beauty cream.

The Ad ran in all major newspapers and magazines, and social platforms.

3 days passed, there were still no orders.

Jack felt miserable. Like a complete failure.

He rewrote it. But still there were only a few sales.

This time Jack got angry. This had never happened in his entire writing career.

Jack was confused and lost all confidence.

And in just a few weeks filled with negative reviews, anxiety, stress, Jack had a mental breakdown.


The reason was ATTACHMENT.

Attachment to the fruit of his actions.

This is the blueprint of human suffering:

Thoughts creates desire.
Desire creates attachment.
Attachment creates pain.
Pain creates anger/anxiety.
Anger creates delusion.
Delusion creates destruction.

When we act, we act to get something.

An object, person, house, car, luxury, wealth, peace, freedom.

The DESIRE of what will we get in the end is always there.

The secret to Detachment is INDIFFERENCE.

- Hot or cold
- good or bad
- happiness or unhappiness
- profit or loss
- success or failure


See all as EQUAL.

They are all one. Just two sides of the same coin.

When you start seeing things in this way, you'll be able to remain detached.

And once you cut out attachment, what remains is purity of action.

Your action become whole.

Not bound by the result, but free to become art.

And the action performed with such indifference has the quality of the divine.

Why is Everything subjective?

Why is there so much confusion?

Why can't everything be simple like:

If you drop a pen, it falls down.

Always has. Always will.

You can't breathe underwater.
Cold freezes.
Fire burns.

These are facts.

They don't change if Jack believes them, and Jill doesn't.

They remain unchanged.

If you want to know what's true, FIND FACTS.

Not opinions, dogmas, philosophies, emotions, they all change like seasons.

Dive deep into the subject of your problem and don't stop until you find the underlying hidden FACT.

When you start thinking like this, you will not be fooled by words.

You will not be confused by good or bad.
Sweet or bitter.

Instead you'll use your intelligence to find your own truth.

And free yourself from the world of duality.
