"Controlling the Mind"


100 % of the people want something that can help them control their mind.

Let me ask you a question:

Why do you want to control the mind?

Now you may have many reasons:

- bad habits
- more discipline
- lose weight
- smoking or drinking
- games, tv, Netflix

The list is endless. But the need is a common one.

Now, how can we achieve this.


Let me tell you something before we begin,

You cannot control the mind. It's impossible.

Why?


Because it's something you can't access using your 5 senses. And as you already know from the previous post that the 5 sense give information only about the external world.

So we can conclude that mind is something that can only be controlled (if possible) from the inside.

Fine. Now how?

First, stop looking for answers outside. Because it's not the subject of the 5 senses.

It's going to be an 'inside job'

Let dive deep now.

Imagine you're at your desk working on a goal, and suddenly you get a strong urge to check twitter, or eat a donut, or smoke a cigarette.

Now what?

Let's look at our options:

- we wait
- we distract ourselves
- drink water
- listen to music

Or you give in and smoke or whatever it is you're urging for.

None of the above options can save you. Because they're temporary solutions.

You're not fixing the problem, you're running away from it.

You're mind is going crazy. You want to do it.


The only thing that can help you control the mind is to negotiate with it.

You cannot control it. The mind is a clever bastard. You can only negotiate.


And to negotiate you need to find your 'WHY'.


The mind will say why should I not do it.

And you need to give it a 'Why' so powerful that it calms it down.

Mind: "why should I not smoke?"

You: because I want to live a long and healthy life and not die at 50

Mind: "why should I not eat that donut?"

You: because I want a fit body and not get a heart attack in my 40s.


You get the idea. You need a strong reason that is bigger than a stupid hit of dopamine that lasts on a few minutes.


Don't control the mind. Negotiate with it.

Find your why.

"Intelligence in Daily Life"



What is intelligence?

Solving difficult math equations?
Inventing a new philosophy?
Building space ships for Mars?

If you look at intelligence as a tree, then the above three are branches and leaves.

The core of intelligence is the tree's trunk.

I've met some simple villagers who were far more intelligent than a college professor with 3 PhDs.


In simple words, intelligence is the ability to know what you're doing is right. To believe, without doubt, without fear, that it will work.

Intelligence is knowing.

And the easiest way to grow your intelligence is to take instant lessons from your daily experiences.

It's about taking an instant mental note after you make a mistake.

For example,

- you get sick after eating certain food, take a note

- you get pain after a certain exersise, take a note

- you become more productive after walking, take a note

- you feel lazy after a certain diet, take a note

You get the idea.

The secret is to take instant feedback and learn from it.

Adopt the ones that have a positive effect.
Remove the ones that have a negative effect.

The more you do this, your life will become optimised. You'll start learning what works and what doesn't work. You'll become more self-aware.

What do you think Elon musk does? What makes him a genius?

Be acts and learns. Takes feedbacks, and elimates what didn't work.

And he does it quickly without wasting time.


So, if you want to become more intelligent, be aware of your action, thoughts and emotions.

Start taking "instant" feedbacks. And start applying the lessons in your life.

Remember, the trick is to do it fast, before you forget it.

"Fast to Think Clear"


Body and mind are one.

Body is a gross part of the mind. Mind is a subtle part of the body.

How you feel in the body is how you will feel in the mind and the opposite.

If your gut is not clean, constipated or bloated, it's impossible for you to think clearly.

Energy flows upwards in human beings. If there are any blockages, the flow gets restricted. Which makes you foogy and stressed.

So, the easiest, simplest and the most efficient way to keep your gut clean and your mind supercharged is to FAST.

You can either fast for a day, drinking only water.

Or

Do intermittent fasting, in which you eat only between an 8 hours window (like from 10 to 6) and fast for 16 hours. Everyday.

This will help you:

- look better
- Healthy skin
- strong heart
- high metabolism
- improved blood flow
- better digestion
- better immunity


The benefits are endless. I've been following intermittent fasting for 4 years, and I've never had a bad stomach in this period.

It's not a miracle, it's your body's intelligence.

Digesting food takes enormous energy. And when you don't eat, the body uses that same energy to clean and heal.

Try it for a week.

Ask yourself "what lesson did i learn"

Make a list for each month in 2021, note down the the Lessons.

Leave behind the bad memories and take those 12 lessons into 2022.

Life is a nothing but a very long lesson.

Try things. Experience new places. Follow your dreams. Work on your goals. Build a legacy.

Life's is very long if you take it one day at a time.

Focus. Focus. Focus.

You have it in you to make it.

January 1st gives you a clean slate. Begin again.

You have more experience, more motivation, more wisdom.

Take care of your body.
Take care of your mind.
Take care of your soul.

Yes, it's that simple.

Whether you're alone or with friends, never ever talk or think negatively about yourself.

This will force your subconscious to create a reality that's a reflection of your beliefs.

A reality of success, peace, happiness, health, wealth and wisdom.

Nature has rules.

For a ball to bounce, you need to throw it.
For a car to stop, you need to brake it.

In the same way, for you to vibe high, there are certain rules.


The 3 condition for vibing High:

1) Calm mind
2) Loving heart
3) Healthy body

Vibing means to be in flow with nature.

To be in complete alignment with your environment.

Any kind of resistance can disturb the flow.

And when the flow gets disturbed, your vibration gets affected.

If your mind is anxious, you vibe low.

If your heart is unloving, you vibe low.

If your body is unhealthy, you vibe low.


Why do you think when we get sick, we lose all motivation. It's the low vibe.

Meditate, listen to music, do anything that helps you relax.

Do cardio, brisk walk, lift, run, swim, anything that increases your heart rate for some time.


When you have fulfilled all 3 conditions, you'll feel a certain rise in your energy.

You'll feel new. People, animals, will get attracted to you. They'll feel this high vibe.

You'll easily attract the things you want in your life.

Simply because now your thoughts, emotions and actions vibe on the same frequency as the things you want to attract.

It's that simple.

To be at peace is an art.

When you resist.
When you doubt.
When you fear.
When you overthink.
When you don't trust the divine plan.

That's when you lose peace.

So, the easiest way to master the Zen mind is to surrender yourself.

Believe in your heart that it's all for the good.

See everything as a lesson. Make mistakes and move on.

And above all, never resist.

If you have a problem,

1. Either fix it and move on
2. Or Quit it and move on


Never remain in the same place. Like Nature, keep on evolving.

When you're in a constant state of flux, constantly growing, your mind won't have time to resist.


Remember, yesterday the rose was a bud, today it blooms and tomorrow it will die.

Change is the only truth.

Do not let your mind cling to people, places or things.

Just keep on moving, and Zen mind will become your default state.

And you've clinged to them your whole life.


You sweat and toil, struggle and suffer but never question your beliefs.

What if?

What if what I know is false?

When you start questioning and inquiring your own beliefs, you start to awaken to truth.

Hardwork will not make you wealthy.

What then?

Here's the secret:

Devotion to Your Craft.

To be lost in your craft.

When find more pleasure not in winning, but in mastering your craft.


Remember winning is temporary.
Mastery is permanent.

If you can master your craft, you will win everytime.

Because you devoted your life in finding the system that is not dependent on luck or circumstances, but on practical methods.

Stop wasting your time in copying and recycling,

And focus on mastering what you know in your heart of hearts that simply cannot fail.

You were born with something special.

A skill that only you can do in a particular way.

It was nature's gift to you.

But as we grow up, society snaches it away from you.

Like a toy from a child's hand.

And the day you accept their way, is the day your essence starts dying.



Trust yourself.


Do not obey. Do not bow down to their ways.

Listen to your soul. It's whispers what you want and how to do it.


You have all the answers within.

Their opinions will only limit your intelligence. It will only becomes an obstacle.

For example,

You ask an expert, how much money can you make as a writer.

He says, "$10k a month, easy!"


If you look deep inside, it's not an answer it's a limitation.

It has limited your mind to 10k.


Now your mind will work for only 10k, where you could have made 100k.


Preserve your essence.


Do let them limit you. Find your own answers.


Be limitless.

"How to Heal Your Toxic Patterns"



Mind likes only one thing:

R E P E T I T I O N.

Eating, brushing, driving, walking, smoking, drinking, sex... And a hundred others things.

Goes on and on and on in circles.

Why?

Repetition is easy.

Repetition is a know territory.

The mind can imagine the 'reward' that lies at the end of repeating pattern.

It had experienced it a hundred times before.

It's safe and easy.


So it will keep on repeating.


You can never leave a habit until you become aware of this bitter reality,


that you don't even enjoy doing it.


You repeat a toxic pattern just for the a small reward.

A nicotine hit after a cigarette.

A moment of high after weed.

A few hours of drunkenness.

A few seconds of dopamine after porn.


YOU DON'T ENJOY IT!

It's pure imagination.

Your mind snatches the driving seat and takes you for a small ride and then throws you off on the road.


No hack, no pills, no meditation can stop it until you become totally aware of the fact:

THAT YOU'RE NOT YOUR MIND

Take sometime out, sit in silence and really think about this:

You repeat a toxic pattern because you're running away from something.

You want to escape.

Find what it is and SIT WITH IT.

The day you sit with it and have a friendly conversation with yourself.

It'll leave you in peace forever.
