We mourned the loss of lands and lives during the Trail of Tears.
We rose up and fought for our right to vote during the women’s suffrage.
We were murdered when protesting for political reform in the Tiananmen Square.
We sang our way to Independence from the former Soviet Union for Lithuania.
We were carted off to the gas chambers. We were slaughtered for our religion, our race, our nationality in the name of war all over the globe.
Yet here we are, the children of our ancestors.
We have resisted. We have been peaceful. We have influenced change. We have been defeated. We have been beaten. We have faced death. And still we have been victorious. We know the cost of sacrifice. We know the pain of loss. We will always stand for justice. So when you see us in the streets and the media paints us as criminals and crazy people. Pause. Think about which side of history you want to be on.
And this nation that has risen up. We are a nation that has been refined in the fire.
Courage, independence, and freedom are well known words that resonate in our hearts.
We aren’t Democrat or Republican.
We can’t be categorized by being black, white, or Hispanic, Asian, or Arab.
Our nationalities and backgrounds are diverse.
If our ancestors taught us anything, it’s that no law, no dictator, no government will ever have a say over our bodies or our children.
Now is the time to join us. Even if you disagree. Join us. Together with all of our differences, we can still come together and represent something beautiful.

NATURAL IMMUNITY - TN HEALTH SUBCOMMITTEE CONSIDERS HB 1871

The Tennessee Health Subcommittee entertained comments on HB 1871, a bill recognizing natural immunity to be equal to immunization and thus not to be stigmatized.

Dr. Ryan Cole and Dr. Richard Urso gave expert testimony as to the effectiveness of natural immunity, in fact that it is superior to any immunity conveyed by the mRNA vaccine.
