How to Exit Reincarnation Cycle

Technically the handlers can take any shape they want. The shape they take in each case depends on the person's belief system and what beings or deities they trust most throughout their lives.
The ones who do not subscribe to any system of religious or spiritual belief and have no trust in any deities or Holy beings, might find that on the other side, they are greeted by their deceased "loved ones."
My suggestion is that these "loved ones" are also the handlers who shape-shifted
into exactly the form that would be the most convincing for this particular soul.
I am not 100% sure whether the handlers are the same life form humans call "the Angels" or if they are a different life form and just pose as the Angels.
The ones humans consider the "Angels" provide guidance and often incredible assistance to their subjects within the physical reality on Earth for as long as they are a part of the reincarnation system and, thus, technically, serve the handlers.
The Angels can create life-saving events for people to keep people in their physical
bodies. This assistance is often quite miraculous, but I see an agenda behind it.
The agenda I see is to keep as many souls as possible within Earth's physical layer of reality. This layer generates life-sustaining energy for the handlers, called "loosh".
Loosh
Loosh is what human beings produce when in emotional turmoil, fear, guilt, un-
worthiness, war, conflict, pain, drama, and suffering of all gradations.
Guilt, unworthiness, and suffering have been normalized as a part of the human
experience and are promoted from all directions.
Just think about the ideas so common in our reality that we no longer notice, such
as "no pain, no gain," "love hurts," not worth it if you didn't suffer for it, etc.
The inferiority of the human race to the handlers is promoted in religious texts,
which makes people look up to them and be eager to do whatever they say.
Unworthiness is also the foundation on which most of the present-day industrial
complexes stand and is heavily utilized in marketing.
If we zoom out and closely examine our key beliefs on Earth, we will see that these beliefs prepare people for submission to suggestions of the handlers when we face them after death.
The handlers shepherd the souls in and out of their physical bodies and use the tactics of convincing them to continue physical experiences on Earth while utilizing love, guilt, unworthiness, and suffering.
Other Planets and Worlds
The reincarnation cycle does not only include the Earth plane. I believe other
worlds and planets participate in this system.
These planets and worlds vibrate on similar levels and have the same or similar
level of consciousness development as Earth.
Astral Realm
Astral plane is where the reincarnation cycle is set up, and the interactions with
the handlers take place.
I posit that the lower astral dimension, also known as densities of consciousness from 3.1D to 3.9D that exist just beyond physicality, is where darker, self-serving souls journey to between lives. This plane could very well be what humans commonly refer to as "Hell".
Nothing is burning there; at least, I've never seen anything of such sort, but it
definitely is not a happy or pretty place.
The upper astral dimension, aka densities of consciousness of 4D to 4.9D, is
where the souls of spiritually more developed ones go to between lives.
This plane might be what we refer to as "Heaven."
It is a beautiful and pleasant plane with the feeling of unconditional love and the music of the spheres that I described in the "Astral Realm and the Trap" part of the previous chapter.
Soul
The Soul is not in the human body in its entirety. The entirety of the soul cannot be encompassed in the physical experience. What we have operating within the physical reality is but a tiny part of the entire soul. It is just like a "tentacle" of a much bigger "octopus."

This "tentacle," though now stuck in the human experience, can be pulled out of that experience and reunited with the bigger body of the Over-Soul.

Non-Duality: The Final Truth of Spirituality
The Hidden Library
There comes a point on the spiritual journey where all doctrines, religions, and philosophies fall silent. A point where the ego dissolves, the mind surrenders, and the heart awakens. It is at this point that we encounter non-duality — the understanding that there is no separation between observer and observed, between God and the world, between self and other. In this video, we will dive deep into this profound teaching, regarded by many masters as the ultimate essence of spirituality. No rituals, no dogmas, no intermediaries. Just the pure perception of reality as it is.
We will explore how this truth has been transmitted across different traditions: from Advaita Vedanta in India to the teachings of Zen masters in Japan, from the insights of Christian mystics to the piercing words of modern philosophers like Alan Watts and Ramana Maharshi. You will see that non-duality is not some esoteric idea reserved for the enlightened few, but an accessible, everyday, and liberating experience. An invitation to let go of the effort to become something — and simply Be.
Get ready to deconstruct everything you believe yourself to be. Because in the end, non-duality is not a theory to be understood, but a presence to be lived. A silence more eloquent than any word. A state where everything dissolves — except for the truth that has always been here, patiently waiting for you to see it with the eyes of the soul.

18 Levels Under Ground?
My Lunch Break
Beneath our feet lies a forbidden world—18 levels deep, 200 cities connected by ancient tunnels, discovered by a man chasing lost chickens. From Turkey to Chicago to Iraq, this episode dismantles the lie we've all been told: that these networks don’t exist. Who built them? Why are they sealed off? And what are they hiding that would collapse the entire timeline of history as we know it?
