This is simply a balance check, but an important step that we encourage everyone to do to ensure your address has the correct balance and is accessible after mainnet launch. These tokens are not live or transferrable. Please continue holding your mnemonic phrase in a secure location.

If you do not see AVAX tokens in your account, please ensure you’ve entered the correct mnemonic phrase (e.g. not a testnet wallet). If you have verified that, and your token balance is still incorrect, please contact support@avax.network and we will resolve as quickly as possible (this may take until after mainnet launch).
