Generating a clean, highly targeted proxy list is simple and takes just a few clicks.
The more specific you are with your targeting, the better your proxies will perform for specialized tasks.
Here is a step by step breakdown of how to configure and create your new proxy list:
Step 1: Name Your List
Start by giving your list a clear List Name. This helps you keep your dashboard organized, especially if you manage multiple projects.
Example: If you are generating proxies for a specific region and provider, name it something recognizable like "Usa spectrum".
Step 2: Choose Your Rotation Mode
Select how you want your IPs to behave. The right choice depends entirely on your use case:
General: The default routing method.
Sticky Session: Holds the same IP address for an extended period. This is perfect for managing accounts, making purchases, or any task where an IP change mid session would cause a security flag.
Rotating: Automatically changes your IP address with every new connection or request. Ideal for heavy web scraping or bulk data extraction.
Step 3: Select Authorization Method
Choose how you want to authenticate your proxies:
Username & Password: The standard method. You will use login credentials to authorize your proxy connection.
IP Whitelist: Binds the proxies to your current machine's IP address, allowing you to connect without needing a username and password.
Step 4: Configure GEO Targeting (Optional but Recommended)
This is where you make your proxy "clean" and highly targeted.
If you leave these blank, you will receive random global IPs.
To narrow it down:
Country: Select your target nation (e.g., United States).
Region / State: Drill down to a specific state (e.g., California).
City: Get even more granular by choosing a city (e.g., Los Angeles).
ISP: Target a specific residential internet service provider (e.g., Spectrum).
Note: As you select these options, tags will appear above the dropdowns to confirm your current targeting parameters.
Step 5: Define Ports and Output Format
Number of Ports: Enter how many proxy lines (endpoints) you want to generate for this list. You can generate anywhere from 1 up to a maximum of 1,000 ports per list.
Output Format: Choose how you want to download or copy your list. The default is Plain text (.txt), which is widely compatible with most bots, browsers, and automation tools.
Step 6: Generate
Once all your settings are dialed in, simply click the green + Create List button at the bottom. Your clean, targeted proxy list will be generated instantly and ready for use!

At the top of the page, you can easily find specific proxies using the Search lists by name... bar, which is super helpful once you start managing dozens of different setups.
Each proxy list you create is displayed as its own "card" containing all its vital details and management tools. Let's look at the options available for your new "Usa spectrum" list:
1. Review Your Configuration
Right under the list name, you can confirm your setup at a glance:
Rotation: Shows if your list is set to Sticky or per request (Rotating).
Ports: Displays how many proxy endpoints are in this specific list.
Targeting Summary: Shows the GEO parameters you applied (e.g., Country, Region, ISP).
2. Access and Manage Your Proxies
Each card has a toolkit of buttons to control that specific list:
👁️ View Proxies: Click this to reveal your actual proxy credentials (IP, Port, Username, and Password). You can easily copy these to paste into your bot, browser, or automation software.
✨ AI Filter: Our advanced system to ensure you are getting the highest quality, cleanest IPs available. (Pro Tip: For the best results, wait about 30 seconds after creating your list before running the AI Filter!)
🔍 Scanner: Use this tool to instantly check the health and ping of your proxies to ensure they are live and responsive before you start your tasks.
✏️ Rename: Need to reorganize? Click here to easily change the name of your list.
🗑️ Delete: Once you are done with a project, you can delete the list to keep your dashboard clean.
3. Force IP Rotation
See the green 🔄 Rotate button in the top right corner of the card?
If you are using sticky sessions but realize an IP is blocked or running slow, simply click this button. It will manually force a fresh IP rotation for that specific list without you needing to generate a completely new list from scratch.
