Payments made first for collecting mate once paid your put in touch with reseller and you go and collect, and then your in with him for good.
For many reasons but heres two main.

1)  Online feds ask for meets daily and request to pay cash as they don’t have a budget for online funds as theres too many online sellers so they cant send to all.

2)  We don’t sell cash or cash, the whole reason we sell these is so we can receive money  in the system, we dont want cash, hence why its being sold, when your moving as much notes as we are on a big scale the aim is to get the funds into the system ans that’s not an easy objective when your dealing with 250k plus a week
