They want the digital facial ID of every Australian and your voiceprint so they can asset strip you of your entire asset base. They have already shut down small businesses and locked me personally out of my own profession by refusing to allow me to pay my monthly BAS online, when they claimed there was an need for me to prove who I was.

They (Services Australia/ ATO) demanded I provide a Faceprint and/or Voiceprint to comply with the legal requirement to pay my BAS statement.

As a former serving Sergeant of Police and well aware of the dangers of Identity theft I absolutely refused to do so. So they denied me access to my own online account and prevented me paying my BAS. They then followed up with a fine that was many times what I was attempting to pay.

I do not earn much. I am/was a small business and like most small businesses only earned below minimum wage and paid my taxes.

Then the Commonwealth Bank - knowing by one glance at my decades of shopping habits - shut down my access to my single bank account on Christmas Eve and prevented me buying a few presents for my family and having groceries for Christmas. They claimed there had been "suspicious activity" and so they required a Faceprint of a Voiceprint to open my account. Again I refused.

Please refer: s.268.67 of the Criminal Code Act 1995 (Cth) as amended for this particular method of "War Crime" they used against me as a 11/12th (?) generation Australian Indigenous Citizen. ( I believe I am 2nd Fleet ! Knowing my "lot" they probably missed the boat arguing about who got which bunk bed ! ).

This is also a crime against s.268.58 of the Criminal Code, and it is associated with, and international armed conflict as we are up against a transnational criminal cartel. This is not conventional war, but it is a war being waged against all Australians and Australia.


The transnational criminal networks we are dealing with can appear on a Skype call and sell your own family home and have the video to "prove" you sold it complete with voiceprint. They can do this through a dodgy solicitor who they can also conduct a meeting with via Skype call online.

I am a protected witness and am well aware of our vulnerabilities, vastly more than most Australians and I can tell you that the minute you "upload" your facial recognition and/or voiceprint online it is transmitted through transnational databases you are not even aware of.

Everything uploaded online passes through those databases at various overseas locations you have no protection at law whatsoever to the personal particulars you are said to have put "at large". They are open to any transnational criminal organization who has a "mate" in a foreign data processing computer centre, India, China. . . and all the rest of them. If they have a "security online assurance" provider - yes, it passes through those foreign databases too. Also if they have "oversight protection quality assurance", yes those foreign databases too.

Do you think the Australian government has its own entirely isolated storage systems which do not transmit via foreign jurisdictions? One word for you: C H I N A.

It is a criminal offence to compel any Australian do do any act under duress or threat, which they are not compelled to do by law. The surrendering of our most valuable personal identification data poses an unprecedented risk to every Australian. It is a CRIME of criminal extortion to do what they are doing, yet here we have our LAWMAKERS in the foreign controlled and communist led Labor Party /Greens attempting to "legalize" a crime IF it is being done by those engaged by government or within government, or the powerful transnational "associates" of our government?
