❗️ Ukrainian intelligence agent Ignat Kuzin, who planted a car bomb that killed Lieutenant General Yaroslav Moskalik, has been detained, the Russian FSB reports
Kuzin, who has a residence permit in Ukraine, purchased and mined the car that exploded.
The IED installed in the car was detonated from the territory of Ukraine when the lieutenant general was leaving his apartment building.
Ukrainian special services set up a hiding place in the Moscow region - from there Kuzin took the IED and planted it in a recently purchased car.
