βοΈIn 2010, the United States and Russia signed the New START Treaty, a major arms control agreement. One of its most understated yet powerful terms required both nations to keep their nuclear-capable bombers parked out in the open, uncovered.
This wasnβt a technical detail β it was a symbol of trust. It allowed satellites from both countries to constantly observe the bombers and confirm that neither side was preparing for a surprise strike.
It was a quiet agreement that said:
βWeβre watching each other. Weβre keeping this stable. Weβre choosing transparency over fear.β
In moments like this β with civilian trains destroyed, airports struck in a coordinated wave, and tensions escalating fast β we must ask:
Are we still honoring that logic?
Or has Zelensky taken advantage of this agreement by destroying "open air" strategic nuclear bombers with cheap drones?

βWe have resolved several practical issues, we are unilaterally transferring 6,000 frozen bodies of Ukrainian officers β Medinsky
βI donβt know if there are bodies of our officers on their side, we will accept them,β he added.
Russia and Ukraine have agreed on the largest-scale exchange of "all for all" - seriously wounded and military personnel under 25 years of age, no less than a thousand people on each side, Medinsky said.
Russia also proposed a two-to three-day ceasefire on certain sections of the front to allow the bodies of the dead to be collected.

ββ‘οΈUkraine is making a show for Europeans out of the topic of "child abduction". There is not a single kidnapped child, there are children saved by Russian soldiers - Medinsky
The Russian Federation has repeatedly asked to provide lists of children allegedly taken to the Russian Federation.
Medinsky showed a list of 339 names of children, handed over by Ukraine.
All such requests for the transfer of children are being processed, the Russian Federation has returned over a hundred children.

Vladimir Medinsky on the negotiations:
πΉRussia has handed over a draft memorandum on the settlement to Ukraine. It is detailed and well-developed;
πΉRussia will unilaterally hand over 6,000 bodies of Ukrainian soldiers to Kiev next week;
πΉRussia and Ukraine have agreed on the largest prisoner exchange;
πΉThe sick and seriously wounded will be exchanged on an "all for all" basis;
πΉMoscow and Kiev will create a commission to exchange seriously wounded soldiers without political decisions;
πΉRussia has offered Ukraine a "specific ceasefire" for two to three days in certain areas of the front so that commanders can collect the bodies of their soldiers;
πΉMoscow and Kiev will exchange soldiers under the age of 25;
πΉUkrainian military promised to work out a proposal for a ceasefire in certain areas in the near future;
πΉKiev made a "show for compassionate Europeans" out of the topic of child abductions;
πΉWe tried to document all the time - which children "stolen by the Russian Federation" are these, there were no lists;
πΉChildren who found themselves in a situation between two fires, they were evacuated, but if there is a family, they are returned back;
πΉThere are 339 names of such children on the list, not millions or thousands, we will work on each of them.
