NDIS participant information may have ended up in Palantir’s data analytics platform through the government’s Fraud Fusion Taskforce

The revelation comes after the NDIA previously denied using Palantir. The agency has now confirmed participant information is shared with the Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission, which has used Palantir, where potential criminal conduct is suspected.

🚨 18-YEAR-OLD DRONE OPERATOR CHARGED WITH MURDER OVER BOTCHED SYDNEY HIT

An 18-year-old alleged drone operator has been charged with murder over the killing of Joshua Macdonald, 40, an innocent electrician mistakenly gunned down outside a Merrylands West home on September 2.

Macdonald had arrived with two young children when gunmen in a stolen grey Audi opened fire. His family says he shielded the children as shots were fired. Police sources say the intended target was a member of the Alameddine crime family linked to the property.

Police arrested the teenager in West Hoxton on Friday and seized a drone which they allege contained evidence linking him to the killing. He has been charged with murder and participating in a criminal group and was refused bail.

🚨 AUSTRALIAN FATHER AND TWO YOUNG CHILDREN FOUND DEAD IN BALI

Australian man Damien John Shaw, 56, and his children, aged six and four, have been found dead inside their family bungalow in Kuta, Bali.

The children’s mother, who was in Jakarta, raised the alarm after hearing one of the children crying during a phone call before contact with the family was lost. Neighbours later forced their way inside and discovered the bodies.

Indonesian police are investigating the deaths as a suspected murder-suicide, while CCTV and forensic evidence are being examined.
