🚨 THREE 17-YEAR-OLD BOYS CHARGED OVER ALLEGED SEXUAL ASSAULT OF TEEN GIRL

Three 17-year-old boys have been charged after a 17-year-old girl was allegedly sexually assaulted at a home in the Macarthur region on Saturday. Police launched an investigation after the incident was reported the following day.

Detectives raided several homes on Wednesday, seizing electronic devices before arresting the three boys. One faces 11 charges, another eight, and the third two counts of aggravated sexual assault in company. All three were refused bail.

⚠️ MAC-11, SILENCER AND $250K IN DRUGS SEIZED IN SYDNEY RAID

Police have allegedly seized a MAC-11 machine pistol, shortened rifle, firearm silencer, ammunition and a large amount of cash during a raid on a Granville property in Sydney’s west.

More than $250,000 worth of drugs were also allegedly found, including 445g of cocaine, 200g of GBL, meth and MDMA, along with six encrypted criminal communication devices.

A 38-year-old man has been charged with 15 offences, while a 37-year-old woman was also charged over the raid. Both were refused bail as police continue investigating the alleged organised supply of drugs and firearms.

🚨 UK GOVT HAS TO REMIND ASYLUM SEEKERS NOT TO ABUSE WOMEN

The UK Home Office has released new guidance specifically for asylum seekers explaining that men and women have equal rights, women do not need permission from male relatives to work or travel, sex requires consent, and rape, domestic abuse and harassment are illegal.

The guide tells arrivals that British laws and customs may differ from those in their home countries. Its release has sparked backlash online, with critics questioning why such basic societal norms need to be explicitly taught to people being allowed to remain in the country.

The crackdown comes as more than 111,000 people with failed protection claims remain in Australia. Labor insiders reportedly fear the plan will be branded an “ICE-style” crackdown and seen as a response to growing pressure from One Nation.

⚠️ 15-YEAR-OLD FIGHTS FOR LIFE AFTER TERRIGAL STABBING

A 15-year-old boy is in a critical but stable condition after being stabbed while with a group of teenagers on Painters Lane in Terrigal late Friday night.

After being stabbed, the boy made his way to a stranger’s home seeking help, where the homeowner called Triple Zero. Police have spoken to several teenagers who were nearby, but no arrests have been made.

⚠️ NSW’S SECRET ROADSIDE DRUG TEST LIMIT EXPOSED

NSW Roads Minister Jenny Aitchison has revealed police told her roadside cannabis tests are set at 50 ng/mL of THC in saliva, a figure NSW Police have previously refused to make public.

But Transport for NSW says the lab threshold used to prosecute drivers is just 10 ng/mL, five times lower. Officials also admitted the roadside device can detect THC below 50 ng/mL, raising questions over what level actually triggers a positive test.

Police Minister Yasmin Catley is due to face Budget Estimates on Friday, where she is expected to be questioned over the conflicting figures.

🚨 UPDATE: 15-YEAR-OLD CHARGED OVER TERRIGAL STABBING

A 15-year-old boy has been arrested and charged over the stabbing of another 15-year-old in Terrigal on Friday night.

The victim remains in a critical condition after he was allegedly stabbed on Painters Lane before making his way to a nearby home for help. The accused teenager has been charged with wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.

🚨 PAULINE HANSON TAKES SECTION 18C FREE SPEECH FIGHT TO HIGH COURT

Pauline Hanson has formally asked the High Court to hear her challenge to Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act after losing her appeal over a 2022 tweet telling Greens Senator Mehreen Faruqi to “piss off back to Pakistan”.

Hanson argues Australians should not be dragged through the courts for political speech simply because it may “offend, insult, humiliate or intimidate” someone based on race or ethnicity.

If the High Court agrees to hear the case, it could become one of the biggest tests of free speech under Australia’s racial discrimination laws in years.

⚠️ AUSTRALIANS LOSE $554 MILLION TO SCAMS IN JUST SIX MONTHS

Australians reported $554.1 million in scam losses during the first half of 2026 across 122,550 reports, according to new ACCC figures. Despite the number of reports falling 11%, reported losses actually increased.

Investment scams accounted for $80.4 million in losses reported to Scamwatch, while cryptocurrency and bank transfers were each linked to more than $50 million stolen.

🚨 ONE NATION SURGES TO WITHIN 3 POINTS OF LABOR

A new YouGov/News24 Pulse poll has Labor on 29%, with One Nation surging to 26%, now just three points behind and five points ahead of the Coalition on primary vote.

Anthony Albanese’s approval has also fallen to 35%, with 59% disapproving of his performance.
