The @NoticerNews X account has been withheld from some users after the platform received a legal demand, with the notice displaying “XX” rather than identifying the country responsible.

The action appears to be a country-level legal restriction rather than a normal X suspension. No authority or specific post behind the demand has yet been publicly identified, while The Noticer’s website and Telegram remain active.

🚨 35,000 YOUNG HOME BUYERS EXPOSED AS PROPERTY PRICES FALL

Around 35,000 recent first-home buyers are at risk of negative equity after entering the market through Labor’s expanded 5% Deposit Scheme.

The scheme allowed young Australians to buy with deposits as low as 5%, with the government guaranteeing part of the loan and removing lenders mortgage insurance, encouraging many to purchase years before they had built the larger deposit and financial buffer normally needed to withstand falling prices.

More than $230 billion has now been wiped from Australia’s housing market in just four months. Further price falls could erase these buyers’ deposits and leave them owing more than their homes are worth.

👀 LABOR DELAYS MIGRATION CRACKDOWN AFTER CABINET PUSHBACK

Tony Burke’s planned speech announcing tougher migration controls was cancelled at the last minute after Labor ministers reportedly raised concerns about backlash from the Greens and accusations the government was “demonising migrants”.

The delay comes as net overseas migration remains above target and One Nation gains support. Labor insists the crackdown will still proceed, including tighter deportation appeal rules, but the announcement has now been pushed back.

👀 HANSON: LABOR’S MIGRATION ‘CRACKDOWN’ STILL MEANS 1M MORE MIGRANTS

Pauline Hanson has accused Labor of disguising its migration policy as a crackdown while still planning for roughly another one million net migrants over the next four years.

Hanson says Australians have little reason to trust the government’s numbers after migration repeatedly exceeded Labor’s own forecasts, including a forecast of 235,000 in 2022 before more than 538,000 was recorded.

Labor is expected to keep net overseas migration at around 225,000 a year from 2027. Hanson argues continued high migration will keep adding pressure to housing, rents and public services.
