Position: IT Officer
Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain Atrafi Equb’s IT systems and infrastructure.
• Support the development and smooth operation of mobile and web platforms.
• Ensure high-level data security, backup, and recovery systems.
• Develop and implement automation workflows using AI tools.
• Provide technical support to staff and members.
• Innovate and integrate new technologies for digital equb services.
• Ensure compliance with financial technology standards and cybersecurity policies.

Qualifications
• BSc degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in IT support, system administration, or fintech platforms.
• Strong understanding of databases, networking, and cloud systems.
• Experience with mobile app or web development (Flutter, backend systems, APIs) is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and automation tools is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech/startup environment.
• Familiarity with cooperative finance or digital savings platforms is an advantage.
