Position: Customer Officer

Key Responsibilities
• Manage member registration, contributions, and withdrawals.
• Handle customer inquiries (phone, in-person, and digital channels).
• Educate members on Atrafi Equb’s services and digital tools.
• Track member contributions and ensure accuracy in records.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service.
• Support the adoption of AI-driven customer support and automation tools.

Qualifications
• BA degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years proven experience in customer service, banking, microfinance, or cooperative services.

Qualifications
