So i haven't touched the Journal Plus project in ages, but it's finally time to get it back on track. I'm thinking about adding a system‑prompt feature – right now the prompt is hard‑coded, but I want you to be able to edit it yourself. That way the AI can pull info straight from the user and fine‑tune the summaries. First up I need to make that custom prompt accessible, and then I can roll out the rest. I'm also brainstorming other things to add to the next update.

Today I accidentally discovered something that got me genuinely excited 😂

I was scrolling through TikTok and came across a video from a guy I know called, Philipos. He built this chat automator called Minime.

The moment I saw it I immediately knew what was going on underneath.

So curious me started digging in to it...
And turns out Telegram has this relatively new feature called Chat Automation In Profiles.

Basically you attach a bot to your own Telegram account, and it can automate conversations on your behalf with new chats, existing chats, or both. Pretty much an AI secretary living inside your Telegram account.

Naturally... I had to build my own.
Spent almost 6 hours now.

I can receive all the incoming business message updates just fine.

But...
I can't reply.
Every single reply ends with:
Business_peer_invalid
😭😭😭

I've been reading docs, trying different approaches, inspecting updates, and I still haven't figured out why Telegram refuses to send the reply even though everything else works.

I'll keep digging to understand the core problem but if anyone planning to play with this feature, here's a small head start.

Don't use TypeScript (at least for now) unless you're ready to implement every new Telegram API endpoint yourself.

The Telegram Bot API has added these new Business features, but Telegraf hasn't caught up yet. so ende endatlefu 😅

but python-telegram-bot, on the other hand, already supports them, so you can spend your time building instead of implementing missing API features.

My idea for this project is pretty simple.
Run Ollama cloud.

Give it a proper system prompt that actually represents me.
If you have a Telegram channel, here's a fun trick:

Export your channel history as JSON.
Feed it to ChatGPT and ask it to generate a detailed persona.md file.

Now your AI has an editable personality file based on how you actually write and think.

Then use that markdown file as Ollama's system prompt.
The replies should actually sound like... you.

Not like ChatGPT pretending to be you.
The biggest reason I'm building this is because I'm honestly terrible at keeping up with DMs.

Especially job inquiries and client conversations.
Sometimes I'm coding for hours and never notice someone messaged me but Hasu don't worry its gonna be me me who's gonna be replying you 😁.

I don't want to lose opportunities just because I wasn't online.
So an AI that can handle the first interaction while sounding like me feels like a pretty cool solution.
Right now though...
I'm blocked by that annoying Business_peer_invalid exception.
Hopefully I'll figure it out the issue and share an update.

And I'm really hoping this isn't because I don't have Telegram Premium 😂.
The API literally says Business Message, so now I'm wondering if there's some Premium requirement hiding somewhere.
That would be... incredibly sad 😭.

If you've experimented with Telegram Business bots and you've already solved the Business_peer_invalid issue, let me know.

Do you know HTTP is getting a new method called QUERY

which is going to be useful for searching data

So we obviously use GET method with query parameters to send a search request to our server... well not anymore ....


QUERY method is like a combination of GET and POST method and is going to have a body parameter to send queries but won't edit data's just filter based of the body and search by so finally we have it jemaw ...

It's now available in few frame works like ASP.NET and also go and rust includes this new method and am sure there are going to be updates in every frame work and language to support this method which is so exciting 😃😃
