So Jemaw recently I stumbled onto @SoloDevChronicles Telegram Search Engine Product. Honestly, it’s an amazing project and a massive inspiration for us.

while using it, I noticed it mostly ranks the already famous, top-tier creators. I searched my own channel and obviously, nothing came up. 😅

It got me thinking about how many incredible, underground Telegram creators are out there putting out great work but staying completely invisible.

So, me and Mike decided to take that brilliant foundation, fork the public repo, and build Project The Under-grounders (Tugs) on top of it. Think of it as a sister project to Solo's but built completely for underground content creators like us, to finally give smaller channels a fair shot at the spotlight. 🛠

I’ve been reworking the backend metrics and scoring logic to favor hidden gems, while Mike is absolutely crushing the frontend.

The Easter eggs were just the warm-up. We have a ton of updates planned to help creators like us finally get seen and support each other. Stay tuned!

I didn’t expect this to come up this morning.

But honestly, I thought I was engaging more on other creators’ channels than I actually am. Seeing this made me pause and check myself and i guess it’s not as much as I assumed.

It’s not that I don’t support others or intentionally stay away. I do try to keep up with creators’ posts and what they share, it’s just been a mix of focusing on my own work plus still getting used to being active in other spaces.

The thing is, I usually get limited days of internet access cause i only have my laptop no phone. During that time I prioritize downloading and setting up what I need for my projects so I can keep building offline, then I update and push everything to my channel. That’s why I sometimes go quiet, then back with back-to-back posts.

Then, I move to engaging with other creators.

So that flow, & trying to being more active in other space, is what’s been affecting consistency. But I see the problem now and I’ll try to balance it better moving forward.
