Just a quick explanation about the policies, rules, and how things work in this channel to avoid any confusion or misunderstandings in the future :)

Once you make a purchase from me, it will be considered that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the T&Cs and rules stated in this channel.

Failure to read the T&Cs and rules is not a valid reason for disputes, complaints, or exceptions in the future.

💎 REFUND POLICY

Refund & warranty will be processed only after a screenshot of the login issue is provided :)

REFUND FORMULA:
Purchase Price × Remaining Days ÷ Total Duration × Service Rate = Refund Amount

Duration:
• 1 Month = 25 Days
• 2 Months = 55 Days
• 3 Months = 85 Days

Example:
RM10 × 10 ÷ 25 × 0.7 = RM2.80

Service Rates:
• 0.7 = No previous warranty claim
• 0.6 = 1–2 claims
• 0.5 = 3 claims
• 0.4 = More than 4 claims

A small service charge applies to all refunds (OTP, processing, account handling, etc).

Notes:
• Refunds are not full and will always include deduction
• Longer usage = lower refund amount
• Kindly avoid comparing with other sellers as each service is different
• All refunds are based on fair usage policy
• Refund may not be accepted if details/proof are incomplete or if there is misuse
• Processing time: up to 24 hours after full information is received

For chatgpt, im not opening new slots for now due to email issues and limited stock.

I’ll also update the new chatgpt pricing once stock is available again. Im not sure yet if it will go higher or lower, so I’ll keep everyone updated when I have more information.

Also, the pricing for some apps has changed, but i haven’t had the time to properly update the pricelist in this channel yet. If you’re interested in subscribing to any app, feel free to ask me first which app you’d like. I’ll send you the latest pricelist if there are any changes. If the price remains the same, we can proceed as usual (depending on stock availability).

ABOUT FIXING DAYS

Fixing days usually take around 1–5 days, with a maximum of up to 10 days depending on the maker. If the fixing takes more than 5 days, the expiry date will be extended accordingly. If the account still cannot be fixed after the process, a refund will be provided instead.

I would really appreciate your patience during this time and kindly ask that you avoid rushing or spamming me for updates. Please understand that i can only update you once i receive any information from the maker, and i won’t be able to give any updates if there are no updates from them yet 🥹🙏🏻

Last but not least, to all my customers, if i made any mistakes or if anyone is not satisfied with anything, you can always let me know in my DMs so i can check and improve things for the future :)
