ለሁሉም የመጀመሪያ አመት ተማሪዎች

በ2024/25 የ ASTU የአካዳሚክ ካሌንደር መሰረት የሁለተኛ ሴሚስተር የአጋማሽ ፈተና ከሰኞ መጋቢት 15/2017 ዓ.ም ጀምሮ እየተሰጠ መሆኑ ይታወቃል፡፡

ከዚሁ ጋር በተያያዘ ሞባይል ስልኮችን፣ አይፓድ እና ኤሌክትሮኒክስ መሳሪያዎችን ወደ ፈተና አዳራሽ ማምጣት የተከለከለ ነው። ስልክ አምጥቶ በፈተና ክፍል ፊት ለፊት ባለው ጠረጴዛ ላይ ማስቀመጥ ወይም ለፈታኞች መስጠት በጥብቅ የተከለከለ ነው። ያመጣ ተማሪ ወደ ፈተና አዳራሽ አይገባም። ሞባይሉን ይዞ ቢገባም ለኩረጃ እንደ ሙከራ ቆጥረን በፈተና ህግና መመሪያ መሰረት እርምጃ እንወስዳለን።

For all first-year students

It is known that as per the 2024/25 academic calendar of ASTU, the mid exam is being given from March 24,2025.

In connection with this, bringing Mobile Phones, iPads and Electronic Devices to the examination hall is prohibited. Bringing a phone and putting it on the front table in the examination room or giving it to the instructors or Invigilators is also strictly prohibited.

A student who brings it will not enter the examination hall or even if he/she enters with his/her mobile phone, we will consider it as an attempt to cheat and take action as per the examination rules and regulations.

I can now officially confirm that there will be no exams tomorrow for all departments due to an instructors' meeting.

🔁 All exams have been postponed by one day.

Earlier today, there were some posts suggesting that only non-exam instructors had a meeting, creating confusion. However, with updated and confirmed messages from all departments, we now have a clear and unified decision: No exams will take place tomorrow.

📚 Use this extra day to review and prepare well.

Due to the general staff meeting tomorrow, the Basic Writing Skill and General Biology final examinations originally scheduled for tomorrow have been postponed to May 26, 2025 (Monday Afternoon). 

Please adjust your exam schedule as follows:

-Basic Writing Skill: May 26, 2025 (Monday Afternoon) 
-Fundamentals of Programming: May 28, 2025 (Wednesday Afternoon) 
-Introduction to Emerging Technology: May 30, 2025 (Friday Afternoon) 
-Engineering Drawing: June 2, 2025 (Monday Afternoon) 

For Applied Natural Science Students: 
- General Biology– May 26, 2025 (Monday Afternoon)
