Good news, we have a date for revocation: 15TH MARCH
Really good response to the consultation-- approx 90,000 responded, 55% members of public to revoke the mandate and 23% HCPs to revoke the mandate.

In good news of this, those in the care sector who lost their jobs due to these mandates will be able to reapply to their jobs with the government supporting continuation of employement conditions, as well as compensation for any pensions lost during that time.

🆘 DAY 8 OF 10 DAYS TO SAVE OUR HUMAN RIGHTS 🆘
Over the last two years the Government have created more Secondary Legislation than ever before. The fact that it could be challenged in court via a Judicial Review, is about the only thing that kept it in check and they acknowledge this in the consultation saying that that threat made them “overly cautious”. Not that many would call nationwide lockdowns “overly cautious” in terms of Human Rights infringements.
However if it helps and it’s gives us a way to challenge this legislation then we cannot allow it to be taken away.

🎶Jam for Freedom will be playing from 12pm till approx 2pm.
🧭At the bandstand in Basingstoke War Memorial Park, RG21 3AA

🅿️there is limited parking at the park, but there are multiple pay & display carparks within a 5 min walk.
🚞 It's approx 15 min walk from Basingstoke train station (straightforward walk through the town centre!)
🚌the park is easily accessible from the town centre, which is served by multiple bus routes, with stops within a 5/10 min walk.
🚾there are no toilets on site, but its only a 5 min walk from the town centre, where public toilets are available.
🎂Other information: there are no facilities on site, but we will have cakes!! 😋 & possibly some other snacks & bottles of water, but please bring along a picnic, & feel free to bring blankets/chairs, whatever you'd like!
🤗Everyone is welcome, & it is a family friendly event.
