In 2022, 142,700 foreigners were involved in criminal cases, while in 2023, the number rose to 178,500. According to the report, more than half of the foreign suspects were under 30 years old, and 75% of them were men. About 33% of those who committed crimes were refugees from Ukraine. The publication notes that Ukrainians make up a significant portion of all migrants.
