If your filmora is asking for login while using the effects, then its a problem in your installation of filmora.
𝟏. Uninstall filmora completely
𝟐. Delete data folder 𝗖:\𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮\𝗪𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗙𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗮.
and temporary files from 𝗖:\𝗨𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀\[𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗺𝗲]\𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗗𝗮𝘁𝗮\𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹\𝗧𝗲𝗺𝗽.
𝟑. Install filmora.
𝟒. Run filmora, then close filmora.
𝟓. Install effects.
𝟲. Install all effect again which is showing login error.
It will work.

Update : I think users are finding this method complicated as well..
OK! so, We are releasing a new universal effects fixer today.
Which will automatically fix all effects of 9.2 , 9.3 and 9.4.
Just install effects and fix it with fixer.
No uninstalling or reinstalling effects or program.
