The wise man then threw a pebble in the river and asked the farmer to look at his reflection again. This time, the reflection was distorted and unclear.
"What do you see now?" the wise man asked.
The farmer replied, "My reflection is unclear. It's distorted."
The wise man then said, "This is how your life is. When you work too hard and don't take time to rest and reflect, you become like your distorted reflection. Your work loses clarity and purpose. Take time to rest and reflect so that you can be like your clear reflection."
