Heteroromantic Aces Unite!!!
Heyhey! Hetero-romantic Ace since 1971 here! Ive been part of AVEN since '02 when I first discovered there were others like myself out there, literally one of the best moments of my life. Anyway, I *finally* joined Reddit last night at the tender young age of 50! I never got married (until very recently) because I could not find another ace back in the 80's and 90's, as I thought I was the only ace on the planet, yet sadly I was always painfully in love with one guy or another. For me, a passionate kiss was, and always has been, "home plate". By the time I hit 40 I finally threw in the towel on dating , cos I got sick of guys thinking that the kiss was only "2nd base". Gets old fast! Then, about 6 years ago I got involved with a polyamorous guy who is awesome, and I was a first time bride last year at 49..... Woot!!!! I always joke with him that he loves me enough to sew his nasty oats elsewhere lol

Can we chill with all the “Jaiden+hate speech”?
I’m not interested in a bunch of morons who want to invalidate my identity and erase my existence. It feels like it’s not adding anything to the dialogue, only distributing the hurt to people who might’ve missed it.
However, I fully support Jaiden and her decision to come out. Let’s support her rather than give those idiots a platform to reach as many Aces as possible.
