My therapist said I’m not asexual. Now I’m confused.
I don’t know if this counts as aphobia or not. But my therapist told me I’m not asexual because I have a sex drive. Now I’m all confused about what I am. She then asked me what I found attractive in a man and I just couldn’t answer cause my mind drew a blank. I’m so lost rn. I’m in my twenties and can’t even imagine kissing people. Ughhh what am I?
Edit: I’m worried that I’m just repulsed due to trauma.
Edit2: Thank you so much everyone. I was in a really bad headspace when I made that post but all your comments have made me feel so much better. I‘m grateful to know this community 💜
