90° RUKU

ruku is how you’ll feel a burden is taken off your shoulder

this is how you get your sins forgiven

how you become purified

don’t get off the ruku till you FEEL light

during ruku… do istighfar

and keep a 90° RUKU. if you don’t feel your hamstrings being stretched, you’re not doing it.

LONG SUJOOD

Prophet PBUH himself told you sujood is when you’re closest to Allah

so why don’t you stay there for a long time?

SUJOOD is how you recharge

you’ll have your duas accepted more

your face will shine with beauty more

so do it for a LONG TIME. at least 3 mins.

don’t wipe off the wudhu water

keep it on for a bit

pray while it’s on you

EVERY MOMENT is a chance to get back to Allah

the moment you place your attention back on Allah… you’re NEW

even if you sinned right this moment

you can go back in an instant

such is the mercy of Allah.

this is how ‘manifestation’ works btw

substitute “subconscious” with Allah

“I AM AS MY SERVANT THINKS OF ME”

the REAL WORLD is the INNER.

it’s the “imagination”

the outside is only a reflection

so your job… in every moment… is to keep a GOOD opinion of Allah

and watch how much your life changes.

i only think thoughts such as:

“Allah gives me money EXTREMELY EASILY”

“everything i touch… Allah turns into GOLD instantly”

“Every penny i spend… Allah gives it back to me 100x”

“Allah wants to make my life extremely easy”

and this is the exact life you’ll experience.

Remember… IT IS A LAW.

JUST INTEND.

most of you get way too caught up with thinking of the “HOW”

when in reality that’s not your job

Allah will place inspiration in your BRAIN to do whatever needs to be done… at any given moment.

and the KEY for this is to keep your attention on the mercy of ALLAH ALL AROUND YOU
