Second, Isolate yourself. Close yourself in a room or go to a relative house where you can get things done calmly

Third, deactivate your social media accounts. Stop using the apps that takes your time i.e. instagram, tiktok facebook, youtube, snapchat. If you use this social media apps for studying, then use app block for when you're not using them so you will not get annoyed and you can concentrate harder.

Fourth, "شوف اللي ليك واللي عليك", figure out what needs to be done, how much time you need and how many things you can do in a day.
Put a goal of how many days you want to achieve the thing you want to do.
Divide the quantity you had already set on the days you want. Then, divide the quantity of the day on into how many times you want to study (studying here is my situation)
