When Bedtime Becomes a Mess 💤
Bedtime isn’t always peaceful—sometimes, it turns into a daily struggle. Children may resist sleep not just out of stubbornness, but because of deeper fears or nighttime anxiety. Darkness, imagination, and even unusual sleep experiences can make nights feel overwhelming.
At night, the brain works differently. Fatigue weakens rational thinking, allowing fears and negative thoughts to grow stronger. Small worries can feel huge, and children may struggle to calm themselves down.
This can lead to repeated wake-ups, fear of sleeping alone, or constant trips to parents’ rooms. What looks like “bad behavior” is often a child asking for safety and reassurance.
The key isn’t force—it’s understanding. A calm routine, emotional support, and a sense of security can slowly turn bedtime from chaos into comfort.

💧The feeling of thirst occurs when the body loses 1% of its weight in water.
A loss of more than 5% can lead to fainting, and more than 10% can lead to death from dehydration.

💧 Stay Hydrated
“Stay hydrated” means drinking enough water so your body doesn’t get dehydrated.
👉 Simply: drink water regularly.
Why it matters:
* More energy ⚡️
* Better focus 🧠
* Healthier skin ✨

Rostini aytsam, men IELTS uchun tayyorlanyapman va 7.0 kerak. Shuning uchun "IELTS 7.0+" degan yozuvni ko'rib, darhol qiziqib qoldim. Jurnalning ichki qismi ham chiroyli. Har kuni bittadan vazifa bor, bu esa men uchun eng muhimi — chunki men ko'pincha bir hafta shug'ullanaman, keyin ikki hafta tashlab qo'yaman. "Consistency is the key" degani bejiz aytilmagan shekilli.
Mart oyidan boshlangan, hozir aprel oyi uchun STUDY qismini ko‘rib chiqdim. C1 darajasi uchun mo‘ljallangan ekan, biroz qiyin deb o‘yladim, lekin o‘qib ko‘rdim — tushunarli. Qiyin emas, faqat o‘ylashga undaydigan darajada.
Hali bir oy ham bo‘lmadi, lekin birinchi taassurot — puliga arziydi. Endi har kuni kamida 10-15 daqiqa shu jurnal bilan shug‘ullanishga harakat qilaman. Umid qilamanki, natijasini ham ko‘raman.

Only Dead Things Stay the Same 🌱
We often live with a quiet belief: life should eventually become perfect.
“When I achieve this… then I’ll finally feel at peace.” ✨
But that moment rarely comes. Life doesn’t settle—it keeps moving, changing, surprising. And that’s not a flaw. It’s the definition of being alive. Only dead things stay the same.
The Japanese philosophy of wabi-sabi teaches something powerful:
nothing is perfect, nothing is permanent, nothing is complete. 🍃
Instead of resisting this, it invites us to see beauty in it.
Imperfections aren’t problems—they’re what make life real and meaningful. When we treat ourselves with compassion instead of chasing perfection, we feel less anxiety and more satisfaction. 🤍
So maybe the goal isn’t to “fix” everything before we start living.
Maybe the goal is to live fully—even when things are unfinished.
Because life doesn’t begin when everything is perfect.
It’s already happening. ⏳
