Insomnia
We all, at least once in our lives, have experienced a state of torture, when the dark, its accompanying silence, the loud snoring of your husband, your screaming baby are all just too much. Youβve already been to the bathroom three times, had a cup of water, eaten a snack, counted all the sheep and now anxiously waiting for the morning.
Sleep is a natural physiological process in which excessive mind activity plays a negative role.
If you are a young, healthy person, then insomnia is probably related to your emotional state. Sleep is too fragile a substance to be unrelated to your life's troubles.
β
Among other causes, restless legs syndrome (Ekbom syndrome), obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, various pain syndromes and much more are sometimes are to blame.

Why is traveling good for mental health?βοΈ
Not only does traveling broaden your horizons, but it's also good for you on a psychological level.
It's a proven fact by scientists: memories made while traveling help you stay calm even after returning home.
Travel is also responsible for the creative development of the personality. They bring novelty to the brain, improve cognition and help activate reward circuits. After all, the brain is constantly searching for new routes, transportation patterns, and ways to communicate. Cognitive flexibility helps stimulate neuroplasticity. This, in turn, helps build creativity.

IELTS Reading MATCHING HEADING TIPSβοΈ
Below are a list of useful 15 tips to tackle these types of matching questions. You definitely need a strategy and familiarity to answer these questions correctly and to do it quickly. Even if you are at native speaker English level, you need practice and strategy or you will waste valuable time.
1οΈβ£ You can choose whether to read the passage first or the headings. There is no right or wrong way. You decide what works for you.)
2οΈβ£ One advantage to the computer reading test is that the headings and passage are side by side on the screen. For the paper test, they are on different pieces of paper.
3οΈβ£ Count how many headings you have and how many paragraphs. You will usually have more headings than paragraphs.
4οΈβ£ There is only ever one heading that works for each paragraph.
5οΈβ£ The headings are basically titles for the paragraph. This means the heading summarizes the aim of the entire paragraph.
