π‘ Can Heat Affect Your Brain? π§
Most people think hot weather only makes us sweaty and uncomfortable.
But according to recent research, it may also make us think less clearly.Scientists have found that high temperatures can reduce attention, memory, concentration, problem-solving ability, and decision-making. In one study, students living in rooms without air conditioning performed significantly worse on cognitive tests than those in cooler environments.
Why does this happen?
When your body gets too hot, it focuses on keeping you cool. This means fewer mental resources are available for complex thinking. On top of that, hot weather often disrupts sleep, making it even harder to stay focused and make good decisions the next day.
π‘ The lesson?
If you have an important exam, interview, presentation, or a big life decision, donβt ignore the heat.
Stay hydrated, find a cooler environment if possible, and avoid making rushed decisions when your brain is already working under extra stress.
Sometimes, the problem isnβt your abilityβ¦
Itβs the temperature. π‘π§

Hello! First of all, the reason I'm writing this review is because this magazine is of very high quality, and the design and details inside are beautifully done. I also really like the variety of topics it covers, such as psychology, football, friendship, gratitude, and many others. Reading about these different topics is very interesting. My favorite part so far is the section about football, especially because it features my favorite football club, Manchester City. At the moment, I'm on page 20, and I'll definitely buy the upcoming issues in the next few months as well. I give this magazine 5 out of 5 stars. βββββ

Is it true that batteries wear out from a full charge?
They do, especially if you store them that way.
Lithium battery wear is due to the fact that not all of the lithium ions that carry a charge to the anode are returned to the cathode during the charging process. Some of them remain in the electrolyte, reducing the capacity of the battery. Most of the life is wasted by overdischarging and partly by overcharging the battery, especially if the battery is stored charged.
In modern gadgets, the limits of discharge and charge are set so that the resource is enough for about 400-500 full cycles. If the battery is not set to 0% and 100%, it will endure more cycles.

Uyg'ondim. Uning kelgani haqida xabar qilishdi. O'zimda yo'q xursand edim. Chunki hayotimda u bilan hali endi birinchi marta uchrashyapman. Uni ko'rishni shunchalik intizorlik bilan kutayotgandimki, hatto o'sha kuni ishgayam bormaslikka qaror qildim. Va nihoyat o'sha soat. Biz ko'rishdik. 19 yil davomida o'tgan eng yoqimli soat. O'zim ham hayronman. Oldin ham imkonim bor edi-ku uni ko'rishga. Nimaga avvalroq harakat qilmaganman?! U hayotimga kirib kelgandan keyin yanayam yaxshi o'zgarishlarga yuz tuta boshladim. Idrokimda. Shuurimda. Endi u bilan ajralishni xohlamasdim. Har oy ko'rishaylik. Birga vaqt o'tkazaylik. Iltimos.
