πŸ’” β€œIt’s not me, it’s you.”

Have you ever said thatβ€”or heard it from someone else?

When relationships become difficult, our first instinct is often to blame the other person. We focus on their flaws, their mistakes, and their behavior. But psychology suggests something interesting: sometimes what bothers us most in others reflects something unresolved within ourselves.

For example, people who constantly criticize others may struggle to accept their own imperfections. Excessive jealousy can sometimes stem from insecurity. And anger toward certain traits in others may reveal traits we dislike in ourselves.

So the next time someone frustrates you, ask yourself:

❓ β€œIs this really about them, or is it telling me something about myself?”

Growth doesn’t always begin when we change other people.

Sometimes it begins when we understand ourselves better. 🌱

How much of your screen time is actually useful?
πŸ€“61🐳12πŸ†7❀6⚑6πŸ˜‡2πŸ•Š1
#miniarticle

Not All Screen Time Is Created Equal πŸ“±

We often hear that β€œtoo much screen time is bad.” But that’s only half the truth.

Because 2 hours on a phone is not always the same experience.

One person spends it scrolling endlessly through short videos, switching attention every few seconds.
Another spends it learning a language, video-calling family, or creating something meaningful.

Same screen. Completely different impact.

Researchers and psychologists now emphasize something important:
πŸ‘‰ It’s not just how long we are on screens, but what we are doing there.

There are generally different types of screen use:

Passive scrolling β†’ often draining, addictive, and low-value
Active learning β†’ builds skills and knowledge
Social connection β†’ strengthens relationships
Creative use β†’ develops expression and thinking

So instead of asking β€œHow many hours did I spend on my phone?”
a better question might be:

β€œDid my screen time give me energy, connection, or growth β€” or did it just take it away?”

Because the real difference is not the screen itself.
It’s the way we use it.
