Vlad's right that self-custody is the real unlock. Portability gets the headlines, but the interesting part is what you can do with an asset once it's actually in your wallet.

For those who’ve been asking, we’re not shipping today.

The protocol is built and the markets are configured, but we’re going through a few extra steps to finalize the audit with @sherlockdefi to ensure that users can feel 100% confident trusting us with live collateral. We don’t expect the delay to be long, and we promise that the finished experience will be worth the wait. We’ll post a confirmed date here as soon as we’re ready.

A lot of people spent this weekend waiting for a major memecoin launch that never came.

As our strategic advisor @dimes_xyz has noted, there’s a possible future where memes and other cultural assets become an important part of mass adoption on Robinhood Chain.

Arrow’s core thesis remains centered on RWAs and bringing productive collateral onchain.

But the technology itself is asset agnostic. The same infrastructure can support RWAs, memecoins, and other collateral markets as demand develops.

The opportunity for Arrow is in the flow, not the stock: as new asset classes attract users and liquidity, they create demand for borrowing, leverage and onchain credit around them.

We’re exploring how Arrow can stay focused on the RWA opportunity while remaining flexible enough to follow where users and liquidity go.

While we work through the final stages of the @sherlockdefi process, we’re also strengthening the structure around Arrow - the technical processes, operating discipline and team required to support real collateral at scale.

Mainnet remains the immediate priority. Alongside it, we’re building the organization for what comes next.

Everything is deployed.

The final step before we raise caps is wrapping up our work with @sherlockdefi.

Encouragingly, the majority of findings centered around ensuring equitable Stability Pool rewards, with no substantive economic issues identified. Final reviews and fixes are being completed now.

Once that work is closed out, we’ll begin raising caps and opening Arrow up to significantly more collateral.

We took the conservative path here for a reason: prove the system at limited scale, finish the audit, then expand.

That expansion comes next.
