Allegra Spender says the bill will remove “discrimination based on sexuality, gender or marital status at religious schools”.
But what would this mean in practice for schools seeking to uphold their religious convictions?
Christian schools will face restrictions on their ability to hire only staff who adhere to the Christian teaching that sexual activity is only permitted within a monogamous heterosexual marriage.
In other words, they will no longer be allowed to employ only faithful Christians. Schools will also no longer be free to teach a Biblical understanding of marriage as the union of a man and a woman.”

A blast from the past- 2016 to be precise. I treasure these interviews. They were on my phone from Apple podcast app. I deleted them when my phone ran out of memory. Next they disappeared from Apple podcasts. After Mr. Handley’s book of the same name, I couldn’t find these podcasts anywhere. Then only the one w/Dr. Thomas.
