AIRBIT CLUB — Official Information on the ARGA Project

This channel has been created for individuals participating in the ARGA’s AirBit Club project.

Official updates, instructions, timelines, procedural clarifications, and requests requiring timely responses during the petition preparation process will be published here.

What Has Already Been Done

Work on the project began in the summer of 2025.

ARGA submitted more than 100 new victim-related submissions concerning individuals affected by AirBit Club to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. These submissions supplemented more than 300 previously prepared case files.

Additional communications were subsequently prepared and sent to key U.S. authorities, including the Department of Justice (DOJ), MLARS, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and other relevant institutions.

The project expanded into the United States through ARGA Solution USA, ARGA’s registered U.S. entity.

By March 2026, a group of 508 participants had been formed. Documentation and supporting evidence were collected and organized for each participant.

The information was subsequently transmitted to the United States Department of Justice and to RCB Fund Services, LLC, the administrator of the AirBit Victim Fund.

In April 2026, RCB Fund Services, LLC notified ARGA about the launch of the compensation program for AirBit Club victims.

Current Status

After more than 11 months of work, ARGA has completed the development of its internal framework for supporting participants throughout the official compensation process established by the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with the AirBit Club matter.

At this stage:

• The participant database has been formed;
• Case files have been organized and systematized;
• The submission structure has been established;
• Support teams have been assigned;
• The manual verification and petition preparation phase is beginning.

This work is not being conducted solely through correspondence. ARGA has spent considerable time developing a U.S.-based operational framework through ARGA Solution USA, including capabilities related to U.S. procedures, documentation, compliance reviews, and international distributions.

ARGA representatives also participated in public hearings conducted by the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) regarding Section 301 proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, D.C.


What Is Happening Now

Each participant will undergo an individual dossier review and petition preparation process.

If additional supporting evidence is required for a particular dossier, the team will contact the participant directly and request supplementary materials.

This may include:

• Bank records;
• Proof of transfers;
• Cryptocurrency transaction IDs;
• Wallet information;
• Correspondence and communications;
• Account statements;
• Other evidence demonstrating involvement with AirBit Club and the resulting financial loss.

What Is Required from Participants

We kindly ask all participants to:

• Follow updates published in this channel;
• Regularly check their email, Telegram, and other messaging platforms;
• Respond promptly to direct communications from the team;
• Be prepared to answer questions that may be posted here;
• Avoid sending documents randomly through the group channel;
• Refrain from completing or submitting forms independently without prior instructions;
• Not ignore requests for additional supporting evidence.

Important Notice

ARGA does not guarantee any specific compensation amount and cannot promise a particular outcome for any individual applicant.

ARGA’s role is to support participants throughout the process, organize and structure supporting evidence, prepare documentation, and facilitate the submission process as accurately and efficiently as possible.

At this stage, the most important factors are patience, organization, and maintaining communication with the team.

We kindly ask that you gather all available materials in advance and organize them into a single file or folder as soon as possible.

Please note that, at this stage, we are requesting a basic set of information and supporting documentation. As petitions are reviewed, additional documents, clarifications, or supporting materials may be requested.

Transaction Information

Please provide the following information for each transaction:

• AirBit Club Username;
• Transaction date;
• Transaction type (cash in / cash out);
• Transaction amount in USD;
• For cryptocurrency transactions: cryptocurrency type, wallet address, and Transaction ID;
• For Monthly Fee payments: payment period (start and end dates of the applicable period).

Supporting Documentation

The primary purpose of the supporting documentation is to demonstrate:

• That the funds were transferred by you; and
• That the transfer was made to AirBit Club.

Please provide supporting documentation for each transaction. Preference
should be given to records obtained from third-party sources, including:

• Bank statements;
• Wire transfer confirmations;
• Copies of canceled checks;
• Electronic transaction records;
• Documentation issued by banks or other financial institutions;
• Documentation issued by payment systems or payment service providers;
• Documentation issued by cryptocurrency platforms or exchanges;
• Other records obtained from independent third-party sources.

AirBit Account Balance Information

If available, please also provide documents showing your AirBit Club account balance as of August 2020.

Additional Supporting Materials

We also recommend submitting any additional materials that may help
demonstrate your participation in AirBit Club and the losses incurred,
including:

• Screenshots of your AirBit Club account;
• Emails;
• Correspondence with AirBit Club representatives;
• Any other available supporting evidence.

The more supporting documentation that can be provided, the easier it will
be to substantiate the information and claims included in the petition.

Important Update Regarding the AirBit Club Case

We would like to inform you that, for the group of claimants who have
already submitted their documents and confirmed their participation in
the process, the first stage of applications has been submitted as part
of the U.S. compensation procedure related to the AirBit Club case.

This is an important practical step.

The process, which had long been discussed as a future opportunity, has now moved into an active working stage: the documents have been prepared,
the materials have been organized, and the initial stage of submission
has begun.

In addition, during the course of our work, an opportunity was identified and agreed upon to simplify the application process for victims. This should help those who have not yet had time to prepare their materials or who have postponed their participation in the procedure.

For this reason, it is especially important not to delay.

If you were affected by AirBit Club but have not yet submitted your
documents or joined the process, now is the right time to do so.

Participation in the procedure requires confirmation of victim status, preparation of personal information, documents, transaction details, and any other
information that may support your claim.

Those who have already submitted their materials are effectively moving to the next stage of the case.

For those who have not yet submitted their materials, it is important to understand that the U.S. compensation process is moving forward, and
waiting for the “perfect moment” may not be the best strategy.

ARGA continues to support the group of victims, work with claimants’ materials, and assist participants in going through the procedure in the most organized way possible.

We are open to new requests from AirBit Club victims and are ready to assist those who wish to participate in the compensation process.

The most important thing now is not to lose time and to gather the necessary documents while the opportunity to submit remains available.
